Nicole is amazing, I’m so glad we found Nicole and her husband to care for our hound Mabel while we were traveling!! Mabel stayed with Nicole for over a week, and she was so relaxed and happy! 🐕 Nicole is very thoughtful, making sure she continued our routines and activities while Mabel was with her, and even remembering Mabel’s favourite sweet potatoes treat which she had ready and waiting upon arrival! Nicole has incredible communication, providing daily updates with fun pictures and stories of their daily adventures with Mabel. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure Mabel was well cared for and comfortable. Two big examples of this was that Nicole drove out to our house before the stay to meet Mabel, get a sense of her routines at home, ask questions, etc. It made us feel so prepared and ready to leave Mabel with Nicole. Then - when our flights got cancelled with the Air Canada strike - Nicole packed up all of Mabel’s stuff, and drove her to our house to drop her off with my family. Truly an added level of time and effort, which was so much appreciated!! We’ve certainly found Mabel’s home-away-from-home! Huge thanks to Nicole and Trevor for taking such amazing and thoughtful care of Mabel while we were away!!

Nicole was fantastic with my dog Nash! She arrived right on time, took lots of photos and played with him outside for a while. We will definitely be using her services again!

Nicole provides EXCELLENT CARE and SERVICE, A++!! We had her visit three consecutive times, including two 1-hour visits for our three dogs last wknd. Our dogs each have their own needs and Nicole expertly tended to all with ease, based on DM correspondence and the Rover Cards. Oh, lemme back up, I corresponded much with Nicole prior to booking so that best outcome outcome could be had by all. Nicole sounded VERY EXPERIENCED, DETAILED, and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL with a PASSION for CARE in our dogs needs during our absence. She remembered everything with ease, and with the varying needs of our pets and having not yet met them, I was VERY IMPRESSED. There was a meet and greet (I was not present but had been told the meet when great and Nicole was exactly the same in person as she was over DM). I wrote a detailed listed of expected behaviours during feedings and playtime of each dog for Nicole. Our 13.5 year old has food aggression, is on oral medication via syringe, and has mobility/neurological issues. Our 2.5 year old is vertically challenged so he's not always known to win the play fights with the newer 7 month old puppy twice his height. Puppy is a recovering nipper. All dogs looked great in the many pictures we received with each Rover Card. I was smiling ear to ear as I looked over and read everything. The things Nicole wrote in the Rover Cards, it was clearly evident she paid avid attention to our dogs during her visits. What shocked me the most: when we got home, the dogs were not bouncing off the walls! They seems relaxed and happy. Coming home to pick up where she left of with them was a breeze! Nicole, we thank you so much for the care and attention you gave our babies! We will eagerly book you again!

We feel so lucky to have found someone as kind and dedicated as Nikki to care for our dog. Her genunine love for dogs shines through in everything she does. Whether its a long walk, a fun play session, or simply sharing some quiet time together, she treats every dog like family. Our little guy always comes home happy, well-excercised, and relaxed, thanks to the time spent with her. It's clear that she provides not just physical activity, but also emotional comfort and companionship. Her home is truly a welcoming, dog-friendly space where we know our dog is safe, loved and at ease. We couldn't ask for a better person to look after our furry family member. Thank you Nikki for all the care, joy and tail wags you bring into our lives!

We can’t recommend Nicole enough! She stepped in last minute to care for our high-energy red wheeler, Oakley, when we had to fly out of the country unexpectedly for a funeral. She was incredibly accommodating with the drop-off and made the whole process so easy during a really stressful time. Oakley absolutely adores her — and for good reason. She gave him tons of attention, long walks, and plenty of cuddles. Nicole kept us in the loop with regular updates and adorable photos, which was so reassuring while we were away. Our dog can be a lot for most people, but Nicole handled him with so much patience and care. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. We would 100% trust Oakley with Nicole again — highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, reliable dog caregiver!

Nicole has always taken the best care of my 4 year old golden retriever. She is kind hearted and patient with him and he always come home tired. She always gives picture and video updates, and Finley says she gives the best scratches and belly rubs.
