We had such a wonderful experience! Kyla-Lea took great care of Candy, kept us updated, and even shared photos throughout her stay. It was so nice to see Candy happy and having such a great time. We really appreciated the care and attention she received.
I’m not one to leave reviews Good or bad But I thought it important to just state that I wouldn’t be using Kyla-Lea again in the future. I would consider her initially quick to respond and communicative, however, the house (inside and out) is total chaos. When i went to pick my puppy up at the agreed time, i messaged twice with no response, and got there to find she was napping (2pm) while the dogs were all wandering around the house. He was filthy and had something gummy in his long fur which needed to be cut out. He was with her for 3 days, and we got one short video of him while we were away which was nice, but it was of him on the couch with her laying down and him climbing on her. I’m not expecting a dog spa, but I was expecting a cleaner environment and hoped she’d have been actively involved and not napping.
Kyla was amazing with Oscar. Oscar was buddies with her dog which was amazing . I would highly recommend booking with her, as I know I would be .

I did not know that I was leaving my dogs with a house full of dogs until I dropped them off. I had to end my trip early and picked up my dogs 2 days early. both dogs were filthy and one was had a butt covered in poop. No refund was offered. I will not use here again.

With over 20 years of experience caring for everything from wagging tails to twitching whiskers, I’ve created a fun, family-style environment where your pets are treated like VIPs (Very Important Pets!). I know that every animal is unique, and I take pride in getting to know their quirks, routines, and cuddle preferences. Need care on weekends? Last-minute plans? No problem.. I’m super flexible and happy to work around your schedule. Whether it’s fetch in the yard, cozy nap spots, or just lots of love, I’m here to make sure your furry family member feels right at home!

A typical day
A typical day at Kyla’s Bark and Breakfast is full of tail wags and happy vibes! We start with some outdoor playtime in our fully fenced backyard, where pups can run, sniff, and explore safely. Every day includes a leashed walk around the neighborhood for fresh air and exercise, plus plenty of cuddle breaks, treats, and play with my kid-friendly crew. It’s like a mini vacation for your furry friend!
