About: I grew up on a farm with tons of animals in Port Hope🐑! So I have lots of experience with pet care and livestock. I have also been dog walking and pet sitting for 5 years outside of Rover. I’ve cared for many senior dogs, and have a lot of experience with different energy level breeds. (For boarding I will only take small dogs under 40lbs) I’m still in school, but I’m free after 12PM on weekdays, and all day on weekends. Please message me so we can find a schedule that works best for you and your pet :) For pet sitting, I am super detail oriented and personally feed my cat raw, so I can be trusted with home-made food and commercial. As I have a very anxious cat, I prefer to not pet sit at my house.

Since my wife and I both work from home, your dog will never be left alone and will always have plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. We share our home with our friendly 3-year-old Goldendoodle who loves having furry friends around and enjoys socializing. Our 9-year-old son has grown up with dogs and understands how to be gentle, respectful, and mindful of their space and routines. We start mornings with a walk and feeding, followed by playtime and rest breaks. Midday includes another potty break or walk, and evenings are for longer walks, dinner, and relaxed time together. “If I could give Nicola and her family more than 5 stars, I would. Mocha was well looked after, comfortable, cuddled and loved. Nicola’s home was inviting, friendly and filled with positivity. She allowed us to have a pre-visit so Mocha could get familiar with her home which I felt was very kind and it certainly put my mind at ease. This family has a genuine love for dogs and you can sense it the minute you meet them. I left Mocha for two nights and I did not have an ounce of worry or anxiety because I knew that she was in a safe and loving home and getting the royal treatment. A wonderful experience - while we were away and our girls were on their ‘retreat’ they were cared for with absolute love. Our dogs became part of their family, and the daily photos let us know that the girls were both settling in and then perfectly at home. The girls got into their regular habits, playing with each other, sleeping on the back of the couch, and Julia even held an umbrella for Scarlett when it rained! Would send the girls on retreat again any time!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one we had with William! This was our first time ever leaving our dog in someone else’s care, so we were naturally nervous. However, William’s incredible communication and willingness to understand our unique needs, put our hearts at ease. We received daily updates and plenty of pictures and videos, which we absolutely loved!! Our dog was clearly well taken care of and loved while with him. Karen was truly an angel on earth while caring for our paralyzed dog, Kai. Leaving our dog in someone else’s care was understandably nerve-wracking, especially given his mobility challenges and medically prescribed daily needs. From the moment we connected with Karen, she put our minds at ease with her compassion, professionalism, and clear love for animals. She was incredibly attentive to all of his care requirements and followed his medical routine with great detail. Karen maintained constant communication throughout the stay and never hesitated to reach out if she had any questions or wanted clarification. That level of diligence meant the world to us. The photo and video updates she sent were far more frequent than we’ve experienced with other boarders, and we genuinely looked forward to each one. Seeing our dog comfortable, happy, and so well cared for gave us tremendous peace of mind. It was clear that Karen cared for our pet as if he were her own. We are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication she showed. We would trust Karen again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone, especially families with pets who have special medical or mobility needs.
Amanda was super amazing with Mikko. He had such a blast with her the whole day and we could see it in the picture updates she sent us. Shelby provided an extraordinary care for my two huskies during their stay with her. From the flexibility to do a Meet and Greet to providing me daily updates of my dogs; she made me feel at ease. Her place was good environment (closer to what we have at home); a family place, not a kennel. She also brushed them and provided some 1-1 time to each one of them as they love their pets. For sure, I will consider her again for another boarding when the family is travelling. Thank you for making my time off more relaxing as well.
Boarded our dog Milo with Gabi for 10 days while away on vacation. She is a great care giver and dog lover and we feel so glad to have her for doggie daycare and boarding when needed.
