Hannah can be challenging, given her conversational tendencies and quirkiness. We dealt mostly with Bill. I noticed he took extra time when Hannah needed more attention. He also realized the differences in both dogs' personalities and worked to kindly manage them as they demonstrated need. I would leave our dogs with them again. They came home quiet, well adjusted and settled right back into our routine.”
