Ari was independent and cautious, while Ori was outgoing and curious, and we loved getting to know their unique personalities. Kai was a loving, snuggly, and admirable ball of energy. Our home was truly their home first, and we always prioritized creating a calm, safe, and loving environment tailored to their comfort. That same care and attention to detail is what we now offer to every cat we look after through Rover. We work remotely so we are home all day. Our flexible schedules allow us to go on frequent walks and we love walks as a family. We care for pets with a strong focus on safety, trust, and a peaceful environment. We take time to understand each pet’s needs and personality, create a secure and pet-friendly space, and maintain consistent routines to help them feel at ease. Building trust through gentle interaction and close observation is key, and we always ensure that pets feel safe, respected, and truly at home in our care.

“I recently boarded my little girl here for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bill & Norma were incredibly kind and patient, especially knowing how nervous I was about leaving her. My girl is a long-haired Yorkie and needs a bit of extra care, and they handled her perfectly. They made sure her coat stayed clean, and treated her with so much gentleness. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Their understanding, communication, and genuine love for the dogs in their care made all the difference.
