“Dana and Robert are amazing! They watched my two mini poms at their home while I was away for 9 days. I had a lot of anxiety as this was my first time using them, I have never been away from my poms this long and they both have major separation anxiety when I'm away and my one pom has severe medical issues that can be triggered by stress. It made me feel better meeting them, knowing they have lots of glowing reviews and that this is literally all they do. They both care for dogs full time and were so accommodating with me, following all my instructions to the tee. My dogs don't do great with other dogs, so they blocked off the whole week just for me so that it would just be my poms in their home which meant so much to me. They are on a raw food diet which required extra feeding steps and they had no issue with this. I told Dana to feel free to spam me with messages as it would make me feel better checking in on them when I need to. She didn't require any responses back that took me away from my family and vacation, but anytime I wanted to check in on them there was about 30 + messages for the day I could quickly skim through to have peace of mind, even detailing all bowel movements (part of an indicator of my pom with the medical issues was doing), if they ate all their food, them playing, their walks, and lots of cuddle time with Dana and Robert. My one pom in particular is wary of anyone outside our family and does not cuddle with others, but after the first day, he was cuddled right in with Dana and it was clear in the videos and pics that they were both very happy and enjoyed being there. Despite my one pom in particular being very co-dependent with me and his medical issues generally triggered by stress and change, he had no issues! It was such a relief finding Dana and Robert and I will be using them on all future trips and recommending them to all my family and friends!”

Since I work remotely, I've also had the pleasure of caring for dogs for family and friends, and I always enjoy having a four-legged coworker during the day. My flexible work-from-home schedule allows me to give your dog plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I'll treat your pup like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I work remotely in a flexible role, which allows me to easily adapt to your dog's regular routine and needs. Whether your pup is used to scheduled walks, specific mealtimes, frequent potty breaks, or extra playtime, I'm able to provide consistent care and attention throughout the day. Because I'm home during working hours, your dog will have plenty of companionship, supervision, and opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and affection. My goal is to make their stay feel as comfortable and familiar as possible while you're away. I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. I live on a quiet one-acre property in the countryside, which makes walks and outdoor time easy and enjoyable. I'm also within walking distance of a great local park that dogs love exploring. My home is a spacious bungalow, so there's plenty of room for your pup to relax, play, and make themselves comfortable. Since everything is accessible on the main floor, it's also a great setup for senior dogs or those who aren't fans of stairs. If your dog is crate-trained, I have lots of space to accommodate their crate as well. I know every dog has their own routine and personality, so I'll do my best to stick to what they're used to—whether that's specific mealtimes, regular walks, play sessions, or just lots of attention and cuddles. My goal is to make sure your dog feels happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away.

“If we could give 6 out of 5 stars to Marie, we would!! We left our two VERY busy girls, Mandy (5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback/staffy mix) and Hazel (3.5 year old chocolate lab) with Marie for 14 nights while we went away, and one extra night when our flight got changed (thank you for your flexibility, Marie!). We were so hesitant to leave our babies, but Marie alleviated every worry from our initial meet and greet through the two weeks of boarding. All communications with Marie were thorough and timely. She provided a list of things she required to best care for our girls (equipment, commands, routines, etc). She sent daily updates and pictures, which usually consisted of several long walks, and play time in her indoor enclosed arena, which is perfect to wear out our actives girls! Marie spent every evening with them snuggled on the couch and/or playing with toys. You can tell Marie knows dogs, loves dogs, and is passionate about ensuring your pet is cared for to the highest degree. We felt our girls were a high priority and were very well taken care in Marie’s care. We are so happy to have found Marie and will be recommending her to all our friends and family!!”

About: I’m an active dog lover who spends my days walking my own energetic Blue Heeler, hiking local trails, and heading to the beach. I offer reliable dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting with plenty of attention and care. I am home weeknight evenings and available all days on weekends. In summer I have full availability to meet your pets needs at any time! I can also offer training and enrichment if requested. My own dog can be slow to warm up to new dogs, but we have a large home and are happy to keep her fully separated for safety and comfort whenever needed - although she would love to play once comfortable. Your pet will get personalized care in a calm, loving environment! I am currently working full time as a teacher but I am home most days by 4:30pm. I have full availability to be home and care for your pets during the summer. I have a large home with plenty of space for your dog to run and play. I have my own dog who takes a bit of warming up but then will keep your fur baby company! I have an unfenced yard with a leash for potty breaks but can also go for lots of walks. I am happy to crate your pup if they are crate trained. I can offer training and enrichment as requested!

About: I’ve helped care for dogs since I was 9 years old. From puppies to seniors, big and small, there’s no dog I won’t care for. I work full time Monday to Friday, but my evenings and weekends are usually free. I have occasionally have online activities, but your pet will always have priority. I have a large yard for potty breaks, and live on a very quiet road for walks. Our house is large enough for playtime sessions.

About: For my whole life, I have always had family dogs. As an adult, I got my own family dog and he’s so loved! Dogs always made me feel save, loved and at peace. They are so loyal, loveable, and perfect to talk to. I am the first person my friends and family ask to watch their precious fur babies while they go on vacation, short or long stays, or even to let them out to the bathroom or feed them if they are running late. I have an open house for dogs to roam. They are welcome to wander around and make use of my backyard. I have a doggy pool for dogs to cool off in the warm and hot days, I have dog beds to supply if needed. I have experience in raw diets along with kibble. I love getting out and taking dogs for walks, and hikes. I have great trails near my house. I don’t mind giving your dogs a baths along with brushing them. I am a great listener, a friendly face and an awesome cuddler. My hours are very flexible as I am a stay at home mom and I dont mind a little commute, I have my own transportation. I have a 9 year old boxer who loves to play with other dogs. I promise your puppies vacay will be a fun one! I am currently a stay at home mama. We have a little 1 year old daughter who’s bright and cheerful. If you don’t mind your dogs around a little one, and they are child friendly, we’d love to accommodate your furry friend. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I have lots of time to play with your puppy and give them as much attention as they need! I have a fully fenced in yard on an acre, lots of room to run and explore. I also have cameras all around our property.

About: From a very young age, I have always had a love of animals whether they had four legs or scales. Growing up I rode horses, had 2 dogs, and at points also had guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and bunnies. However, my best buddy growing up was my Australian Shepherd, Shiloh. Shiloh was ultimately the reason growing up I found a passion for the outdoors and hiking. Spending as much time as possible either on walks around the neighbourhood, hiking through local trails, camping, cottaging, swimming, or at the dog park with my best buddy. As a dog walker/sitter, I understand that our animals are not just animals, but are also our family. They are our honorary family members that need to be loved, protected, and cherished along with giving them the best quality of life possible. Exercise and being outside and around nature is so critical to a dog having its best quality of life. With a flexible schedule, I can cater to your dogs needs and give them the exercise and outside time they need whether that's on a nature hike, or just a walk through your local neighbourhood. Having a car also allows me to get to your pooch wherever they may be in a timely manner, and take them to local parks if requested. I am ultimately a happy and warm individual who keeps their energy calm and who is happy to play with your pup, give them a good walk, or even practice reinforcing basic training that you've been working on with your pup. Whether that be reinforcing basic commands on walks or giving behavioral guidance. For those with rambunctious dogs, I am happy to run around and play with your dog or take them on long walks, along with feeling comfortable and calm with your pooch and being stern when necessary. As your dog's parent, my ultimate goal is to give you the comfort of knowing your dog is being well taken care of, while also giving your pooch a well-rounded and positive experience. Currently, my schedule is completely open to care for your pet on the terms that you need so that I can work around YOUR schedule. I can completely situate my schedule to your pets needs, and make sure that they get all the attention and care that is required. At my home, I currently have a 4 year old lab who loves people and other dogs. She is good with cats, and will be happy to play with your dog. For overnight visits or day visits, I am happy to visit your home where I will be respectful and will keep my phone on me if I ever need to be contacted. My apartment is currently situated in West-End Toronto, close to the waterfront, local trails, and a short distance to the beautiful high park. Animals that stay overnight here will be cared for and given the utmost respect as if they were my own animal. I will do all that I can to make sure your animal feels comfortable, loved, and having a good time so they are less likely to be sad when away from their owners/parents. I am happy to do things on your terms with any special requests or schedules being respected and followed. My parent's house is also a short distance away where they have a fenced-in backyard if your dog is interested in playing with their husky.
