Milo had never been away from home without us and he was super happy and relaxed, when my husband came to pick him up he wasn’t in any rush to leave but the opposite feels like he was hoping to stay longer. We really appreciate she walked Milo 4 times and when we came to pick him up we were impressed to see Milo walking so politely and relaxed with her, Milo with us is pulling the leach all the time. We are very happy and we’re thankful for all she did to integrate Milo and make him feel comfortable and happy”

About: Hi! We are Star Sitters here on Rover, with 6 years of professional pet care and 18 with our own animals. Someone is always here in our calm, safe, and dog friendly home so your dog can spend the day with company instead of being home alone. We do live with our loveable Boston Terrier, Gus, and we are often found hiking on dog friendly trails on the weekend or spending time at the lake. We are very active, enjoy being outside and think dogs should be too - Gus has a lot of energy so daily excercise is key already here. I work as a professional planner and Scott works from home and we are both free on weekends with flexible schedules. We spend a lot of love and time on Gus, who, like us, loves being around other dogs. We would be happy to meet you and your doggy in advance so you can get to know us. Emily works in the office four days per week just a few minutes from home, Scott works from home. Neither of us work on the weekend. Our home is save for any animal - we're smoke free, drug free with no children. Gus loves other dogs and always enjoys having a friend around. Our back yard is mostly fenced in and it's tucked behind. The front is also mostly fenced with a small garden fence.

About: I've had dogs in my life for 40 years and truly love having them around. In recent years I've owned senior rescue dogs, so I understand how important patience, routine and gentle attention can be. Whether a dog is playful or just needs a place to happily chill, I make sure they feel comfortable and at ease. I take dogs in when you're travelling or need occasional dog sitting, rather than permanent dog care. Because I work from home, dogs fit very naturally into my daily routine. They get plenty of attention, regular outdoor breaks in my fenced yard and relaxed time inside the house with me throughout the day. I enjoy walking with them, playtime and quiet companionship. Your dog will stay in a calm, safe and loving home where they can relax and feel comfortable. They will have plenty of outdoor breaks in my fenced yard as well as regular walks. About: I have always loved taking care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have a lot of experience being around and helping all different pets. I am a very active person and walk and go on runs everyday. I walk at-least 5km everyday so i would be very happy to walk your dog any distance or for any time requested. I am very friendly and am comfortable with all types of dogs and cats. My friends often drop off their dogs at my house and i will happily walk them and spend time with them. I am currently certified in Standard First Aid and CPR. I used to be a Lifeguard and would guard dog swims all the time. I have a G license and a car so i am able to drive to your pet when needed. I walk everyday so I would be happy to walk with a dog and help others. I am available most days at any time. I need a day notice, sometimes even the day of. I will walk your dog however long you would like me too. Once i even walked a marathon so i enjoy walking a lot. My home is very tidy and clean. It is a bungalow with a half fenced yard with grass space. I will gladly pet sit the dog during the day or at night if needed.

About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.
