“This was my first time using Rover.com and I am very pleased and relieved with the service. I had to use Rover.com for our 6 month old puppy because we were attending a family funeral, and living in a remote area, there was no one to care for him while we were gone. Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Raisa, but Bryan put my nerves at ease right away. Our puppy is timid with new people/dogs, but when I left he seemed to be adjusting. Bryan waited for our puppy to approach him and he also used a higher voice when he spoke to him. I know from dog training that dogs react better to higher-pitched voices. Bryan kept me updated with photos and then a cute video of our pup playing with his dog. Upon my pick up time, they both ran outside to play also. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan & Raisa. “Mark is amazing in his love and care for dogs. Over more than 15 years, I have seen how he interacts with each of the dogs he has had. He gives each of them lots of personal interaction every day. His dogs are fed and walked on a regular schedule. They get numerous breaks to do business as well as run around in his large enclosed yard. Seeing how they interact with him when he comes back to his house tells you how much they love him. Mark took care of my own dog Barney on numerous occasions where I had to travel. Barney loved spending time with he and his dogs. I trusted him completely to take care of Barney. I have also seen him care for other people’s dog and they were all well taken care of. About: After running a dog grooming business for 12 years and working hands on with the dogs, I have gained a lot of experience with handling all types of dogs big and small from puppies to seniors. I have loved animals, my whole life, and nothing is more fulfilling than being around them and taking care of them. I have owned several different breeds, from Shih- Tzu’s to Great Danes! I love animals more than I do humans. I sold my business two years ago and have really missed being around the dogs every day. I am mature, caring, reliable and will treat your dogs as if they were my own. I will follow the same routines that you have for your dogs from feeding routines, exercise routines, and sleep routines. They will be treated as part of my family. I work from home and have the time and flexibility to walk, play, and keep the same routines that they are used to at home. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to play with the dogs and let them run around. I have a very friendly one year old Pomski/shih-tzu to keep them company. I also have the availability to crate the dogs if that is what they are used to at home. I live in a dog friendly neighbourhood with lots of places and open fields to exercise the dogs.
