“Awesome job. Rhonda is so responsible and communicative. Needless to say our animals adore her! Always leaves the place better than she found it. So grateful for you dear Rhonda.”

“Vanessa stayed in our home and took great care of our husky-mix. Our pup was relaxed and clearly without a care when we arrived home, and can be an anxious guy. Our house was just as we left it, and Vanessa took great care to keep us updated multiples times a day with pictures and feedback on how our pup was doing. Thanks for taking such excellent care of our boy and our home, Vanessa!”

“Andrea took amazing care of our dogs! She respected our space, ensured the dogs had everything they needed and allowed us to have stress free time away from them knowing they were well taken care of! If you are looking for a pet sitter, you should definitely choose Andrea!”

She sent me pics and messages to let me know how Autumn was doing She also kept my house so clean while she was here for the week I would 100% recommend Jessica and will definitely use her in the future!!!”

“Vanessa was amazing! It was my first time using Rover and Vanessa put my mind at ease by setting up a meet and greet ahead of time and sending updates throughout her stay. My dog and cat were very comfortable with her and were happy upon my return. My house was in perfect order and secured at the conclusion of her stay. I will definitely be rebooking with Vanessa. Thank you! 🐕🐈”

About: I have 11 years of professional experience working with dogs in a kennel/daycare setting as well as shelter experience. I have also been a business owner in the industry for the past 5 years. I grew up with a border collie who was the best family pet and sparked my passion for animals. Volunteering at a rescue is what started me bringing home new dogs all of the time just for a sleepover. I have had cats, dogs, rabbits, bearded dragons and fish as pets. I currently have one doggo - Forest. My family also includes 1 little kid, so any in-home boarders must be child friendly. I have experience working with both dog and human aggressive/nervous dogs that I would be happy to watch in your home. Our home has both high and low energy dogs and I am happy to accommodate whichever category your fur baby falls into. Thank you for considering me for your pet needs. Please contact me if you have any questions. I work full-time with my own pet care business, so I am very flexible to accommodate your pets schedule in the kawartha lakes & Peterborough area. My number one goal as a worker in the pet care industry is to ensure your pet is safe. I take pride in being reliable and responsible with my work.
“Michelle was a wonderful companion for our cat. She bonded with our cat and we were care free during our trip. She left the house in a great condition and we would definitely love to be repeat customers!”

“My cats were in the Best care! One is a little more timid and she was in Cat Love right from the beginning of the stay. It was better than I could have hoped for. It was a relief to leave Cally and Pumpkin in care with someone who clearly loves cats. I highly recommend this service and site without hesitation and know you can leave your furry friends in caring hands and enjoy your time away! We will definitely be booking again! Thank you so very much!”

“Emma took care of Burfi on a very short notice and she ensured Burfi was well taken care of while we were away. She ensured Burfi has well tucked away for sleep when she left. We could not have asked for more.”

About: I'm not as new to professional pet caring now, but I'm constantly learning and I have respect and love for animals. I have cared for pet dog and cat from puppy to old age and I am always learning from experts on how to handle most situations that will arise. I am able to be extremely active and engaging with animals to ensure they are properly stimulated and socialized. I take my job very seriously as a guardian of a pet myself I know that they are as much family as pet. I will always take special care to listen to a pet's guardian's advice on how to care for their pet so that they are properly taken care of as they deserve and expect to be treated. I’m currently self employed and mainly work at night when my dogs are asleep. During the day I am free to look after not only my dogs but also other people’s pets as well. When I’m not working I’m often taking care of my dog’s needs. I follow instructions from pet owners and ask about their pet to find out what kind of care they need. Every dog has its own personality and needs and I do the best to treat them as their owner would treat them so their stay is as comfortable as possible.

Our daily routine includes: • Morning potty breaks • Feeding schedules according to the owner’s instructions • Playtime and social interaction • Walks when needed • Quiet nap times throughout the day Dogs who spend the day here usually go home happy and tired after a full day of play and activity. Puppies are very welcome here 🐾 We especially love caring for puppies and small dogs. We understand their energy, their need for attention, and their routines. Puppies require patience and supervision, and we are very comfortable caring for them. We also have a very loved puppy at home named Odin. He is gentle, friendly and well socialized with other dogs. He enjoys playing and helps other dogs burn energy during the day. “Emily did a fantastic job looking after our beloved Lexxie for my sister's wedding. We were really nervous leaving Lexxie and wanted her to be as comfortable as possible because she is a senior doggo; Emily came to our house, made sure Lexxie got all her walks and treats, and was just so well cared for! Her prompt and timely updates also kept me at ease as I knew Lexxie was okay while we were gone. Thank-you Emily!”
