About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I’ve always been the person my family and friends ask to help watch their dog or to just stop by to let them out and feed them. I’m also capable of following a routine if needed and or making my own planned out routine for the dog. Currently I work part time at petsmart as a dog trainer where I teach classes for all breed and ages of dogs, I’m an accredited trainer and I plan to be certified in the future. I have experience with puppies all ages and I am comfortable with giving medication to old dogs if needed. Currently I work part time at petsmart so I have lost of free time during the week to watch, walk or let out your dog if needed. I am available also for routine visits for the same pet. For all of my pets I have kept or taken care of, I have always followed a routine that I am either given or I create on my own to I make sure nothing gets left behind or forgotten. About: I've had cats for over 12 years and taken care of friends and families dogs on multiple occasions including walks, pet sitting, and house sitting while they were away. My skills include training, and senior care. I work part-time and have very flexible hours so I can make most situations work. I currently have 2 cats and my partners dogs who I take care of on occasion. About: I worked at a pet store with various types of dogs for 4+ years. I have experience in dog grooming and extensive knowledge on dog products. I have petsat small and big dogs including dogs with severe anxiety, senior dogs, reactive dogs and more. I am currently a college student who does all my studying at home. Your pet will get to spend time with me and my pets. I have a fenced backyard with a friendly dog and cat. My cat is shy and will most likely do her own thing while my dog will be the best play and nap buddy!

About: I have cared for dogs since I was a young child and have experience with walking breeds of all sizes - Chihuahuas to Great Danes! Whether you dog is a cuddly and just needs some love and attention, a good round of tug-of-war, or a quick jog to burn off some energy I would be happy to provide the same high level of care for your pup as I do for my own dog, Stella. I am free early mornings on some weekdays and most week nights. I have more flexibility with weekends to suit your needs! Want to get in early to practice that presentation at work? Need to suddenly visit family? Or do you just need a break or a date night? I have got you covered! You don't need to stress about your dog(s) on top of everything else life is throwing at you! You can provide me with as detailed instructions as you would like. Details and following instructions are my forte and I promise your dog(s) will be looked after exactly as you please! I’m also able to be flexible with feeding schedules, medications, walks and any routines your pet is used to at home. I want pets in my care to feel comfortable, safe and at home. When staying with me, they’ll be treated like part of the family and get lots of attention, affection, playtime and regular outdoor breaks. We also have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely get outside for fresh air, potty breaks and playtime throughout the day. I have a friendly cockapoo named Hershey, so I’m happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable. I also prefer to keep the number of pets I care for at one time limited so I can give each pet plenty of individual attention. When caring for a pet in their own home, I’ll do my best to stick closely to their normal routine, including feeding, walks, potty breaks and any special instructions you provide. About: I’ve helped care for dogs since I was 9 years old. From puppies to seniors, big and small, there’s no dog I won’t care for. I work full time Monday to Thursday, so I can't do those days, but my weekends are usually free. I have occasionally have online activities, but your pet will always have priority. I have a large yard for potty breaks, and live on a very quiet road for walks. Our house is large enough for playtime sessions.

About: I’ve trained and taken full care of my puppy Ollie… as well as just taken care of both of my dogs all my life… I enjoy spending much of my time with animals and always make sure they’re well taken care of. I am currently on a gap year so I am home all the time… I walk and feed my dogs everyday and spend almost all my time with them. I have an open backyard that is about 3 acres as well as a fenced in section. I am very flexible and able to do what ever you need me to do!

“Mark recently stayed at our house and dog sat our two pups Snoopy and Bailee over the holidays From December 17- January 8. It was a difficult time searching for the perfect fit for our pups, we had conducted interview after interview until we found Lorena and Mark. I read their reviews and figured let's meet with them. From the very beginning Mark and Lorena provided respect, trust and complete professionalism in communicating through Rover for everything regarding: payment, communication, tips etc. We then had a great Meet and Greet which confirmed Mark and Lorena would be a perfect fit for us and our pups. We provided instructions, locations, tips for food, toys, medication, emergency contact etc as request. Having Mark stay in our house gave Snoopy and Bailee the opportunity to stay in their comfortable environment. We have been through other dog sitters in the past and have not experienced such positivity and genuineness throughout. One of our dogs has a condition with her eye and we had provided pee pads. Mark using the time he had with our pups totally changed it around and managed to train our pups on the potty training. With hearing the feedback we received from Mark, we have also kept up with it according to his helpful tips and tricks. Finding someone who we can trust was our main goal and I believe it was definitely achieved. Mark exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond. The communication was amazing throughout our trip. We had a 10.5 hour difference being across the world and it was just amazing to consistently receive updates, various videos, photos through the day regularly. Mark completely eased our concerns. He communicated with us frequently and provided us with updates every day. Never once did I worry that our pups would suffer. He went above and beyond to make sure that our dogs were loved and cared for. Once we got home we were already thinking of asking Mark and Lorena to watch our pups for the next trip. What is also nice is to add that Mark has checked up on us after a few days to see how the pups were doing, which goes to show it's more than a job for Mark and Lorena, they truly treat your pups like they're own. We are beyond excited to have met the warm loving pair and can't wait to welcome them into our home in the future endeavours.”

About: I was born into a home with pets. My parents, my grandparents, aunts and uncles, all had pets. It was the most normal thing in the world to have a dog or cat cuddle up to me while I played with my toys, watched movies, or did my homework. It was the best kind of life and I am honoured everyday to have lived in the presence of such amazing animals. I couldn’t imagine my life without a pet. Up until this past March, I had a cat named August. We would go everywhere together, on car rides, camping, even sometimes on walks. He would get excited to run, and probably irritated that he could outrun me, but mostly he loved the car. I had always wanted a dog, but I’m waiting until I own a house, for security and space. In the meantime, I melt into other people’s dogs. I love how excited they get to see me, the love they experience in me before they even know me is overwhelming, and it makes my heart melt. I once had a passenger tip me a large tip because her dog, who hates people, loved me. It makes me feel a little impatient to have one of my own but I’m not there yet. So, until then, I am looking to spend time with, caring, for other people’s dogs. I welcome the opportunity to be a part of a dog’s world, even if only briefly, and hopefully I melt into them as they do into me. I am an artist (singer/songwriter and writer of prose) and an Uber driver. My rates are what they are so I can take the time needed to spend with your pet, and focus far less attention on work. Tending to the care and attention of another’s animal would be an excellent inclusion into my artistic process. As an Uber driver, I can take the time off, so I can focus entirely on the fur baby in my care. We will go on walks, enjoy each other’s company, and eat according to their set schedule. About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for all kinds of pets. I have my own dog, whom I’ve trained and care for every day, giving me hands-on experience with training, exercise, feeding, and providing lots of love and attention. I’m patient and responsible, and I'll treat every pet like my own. I’m currently in Teachers College, so my schedule is flexible and allows me to fit pet care into my daily routine. I love staying active and working out, so I’d be happy to include walks, playtime, and plenty of exercise with your pet while also giving them lots of attention and care. Some things to note about my schedule: As mentioned, I am currently in teachers college. I’m in a placement from September 21–October 26, Monday–Friday from 9:00–3:30, but I do have an hour lunch break each day, so I may be able to work something out depending on what time you’re looking for. I’ll also be away for school November 14–December 18 to which I won’t be available. Then I’ll have another placement January–February. Outside of those times, I have more flexibility. I’ll provide care in my clients’ homes, following each pet’s usual routine and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll keep up with feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions, while giving them lots of attention and making sure their home is kept clean and secure.
