When Maggie came home, she was so relaxed and happy—I instantly knew she had been in the best hands. Maggie is used to regular grooming, but I had been feeling unwell for a couple of weeks and just couldn’t manage it. “Janine took excellent care of our fur baby (Bella) when we boarded her for 6 days. The whole process of booking, meet & greet & boarding, went smoothly as Janine is a very responsive, friendly, caring and thorough person. We felt very confident to leave our fur baby under Janine's care for 6 days during the meet and greet. She has a very well maintained big backyard which is a plus. She also got a water pool tub in her backyard for Bella to play in, which was super nice. She also has a dog named June who is very sweet and cute and Bella loved to have her company. She kept us updated and informed throughout the boarding period and sent us photos and videos frequently which was great. Also, her rates for day and overnight boarding are unbeatable. We are glad we have found Janine to board Bella for our future trips.”
