Lori has a lovely, quiet home and a nice chill weekend with my senior rescue dog 😊
Highly recommend! We left our dog Marley with them for the day (11 AM to 7 PM) while we were moving into our new home in Port Perry, and they were absolutely wonderful. They sent us numerous photo updates throughout the day showing Marley playing in the backyard, enjoying toys, and napping on the couch. When we picked her up, she was happy, energized, and clearly had an awesome time. We’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future!
Lori and her family took excellent care of our dog, Murphy. Murphy is a large, nervous Nellie but we knew from the start she was in the best hands. Lori made sure Murphy was comfortable, and we appreciated her attention to detail. We would definitely book with Lori again for boarding.

Schedule
I work 4-hour shifts, 3-4 times/week, typically afternoons, and have a 7 minute commute. Any pet guest parents need to be comfortable with the potential of their dog being alone for up to 4 1/2 hours.

Safety, trust & environment
Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our small senior dog in December 2025. We have a small fenced yard. Our 2-storey home has a walk-out basement. Doggie guests over 15 pounds must be able to go up and down 2 flights of stairs. We have 2 different size crates here if required. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a large pond nearby with a paved path around it for walking.
A typical day
We will enjoy walks around the nearby pond, play in the backyard, play with toys inside, and cuddle (a lot!) I would be happy to take your dog(s) in my vehicle to the local off-leash dog park, if you would like that.
