About: Since a young age, I have been exposed to dogs as my mother was a vet technician (now retired) in the Durham Region community. Since then, I have developed a love for dogs and I am always looking for an opportunity to spend time with dogs. From 2006 to present, I have been lucky enough to look after four dogs of my own that were really truly a member of the family and enjoyed looking after them. As a dog sitter, I am available to dog sit for those exciting vacations that you hope to take or simply walk your dog during those busy days at home or at work! At my client’s home, I will always be there for your pet! When we aren’t taking a walk outside, I like to sit and relax with your pet with a book or watching television. If your pet wants to go outside, we will do that, play fetch or just spend time outside and enjoy the weather!

I’ve been around dogs my whole life, from tiny newborn pups to sweet seniors, and I’m comfortable with everything from cuddly lap dogs to more reactive or nervous pups who need extra patience and understanding. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and other animals ever since I was 11. I’ve pet sat for friends, family and neighbours including basic care needs such as walking, feeding and playing and I have experience administering medication to special needs and senior dogs and cats I’m currently working part time, usually only 1 day a week, so I have lots of time to care for and play with your pups! I feel confident in caring for your pets needs, following the instructions provided by pet owners. I offer and require a free 15-30 minute meet and greet to ensure the safety of myself and your pets and to answer any questions you may have for me!

About: People often say I grew up in a zoo because we had so many pets. Dogs, cats, ferrets, bunnies, hermit crabs...you name it. Unfortunately due to my often unpredictable work schedule I no longer have time to properly maintain a small zoo but I still crave pet playtime time and would love to care for yours when I can. Our home is small but we make up for it with our sizeable yard and live near farmland which makes for good walks. We have a 1 year old daughter who loves animals as well. Cats are her favorite but once she gets used to new dogs she's a huge fan of them too. We can’t wait to meet some of your wonderful furbabies! I am currently working part time and as such have some free time on my hands which I am looking to fill with activities that will get me out of the house and keep me active. It is possible I might have to work during your pet's stay but I am open to discussing that with any prospective clients to ensure I will be a good fit. I have a large outdoor yard and our home is surrounded by farmland which makes for some good long walks. Pets under my care are welcome to roam freely unless crating requested (crates must be provided by client). Mealtimes, walks, and potty breaks provided in accordance with client's request and/or my availability.

About: I’ve helped care for dogs since I was 9 years old. From puppies to seniors, big and small, there’s no dog I won’t care for. I work full time Monday to Thursday, so I can't do those days, but my weekends are usually free. I have occasionally have online activities, but your pet will always have priority. I have a large yard for potty breaks, and live on a very quiet road for walks. Our house is large enough for playtime sessions.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I’ve always been the person my family and friends ask to help watch their dog or to just stop by to let them out and feed them. I’m also capable of following a routine if needed and or making my own planned out routine for the dog. Currently I work part time at petsmart as a dog trainer where I teach classes for all breed and ages of dogs, I’m an accredited trainer and I plan to be certified in the future. I have experience with puppies all ages and I am comfortable with giving medication to old dogs if needed. Currently I work part time at petsmart so I have lost of free time during the week to watch, walk or let out your dog if needed. I am available also for routine visits for the same pet. For all of my pets I have kept or taken care of, I have always followed a routine that I am either given or I create on my own to I make sure nothing gets left behind or forgotten. My goal is to ensure i reach your dog’s daily needs for the time that I’m there with them.

About: Hello! I currently have two dogs of my own, I have grown up with dogs my whole life and I couldn’t imagine my life without them! I have a 5 year old saluki mix and a 4 year old saluki who is crazy! I am well versed in all types of dogs, energies and behavioural needs, I also have walked an abundance of different breeds and sizes of dogs. I am ready for anything you may want just ask! I currently offer daily walks and drop-ins to check on your fur babies and house sitting:) I am currently a part time nurse, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I do have lots of time on my hands and am pretty flexible and can be discussed more on a case by case basis. I would ensure your pup had a long walk and even have some play time in there as well I typically would walk and play with your pup for 30 mins to an hour depending on your preferences. House sitting is more detailed and customized to each pet parents requests! I have a ton of patient and will go at the pace of your dog and not rush anything. I would make sure your pup has all the necessities when being walked or checked in and making sure they are always happy and content before leaving. As well as making sure they have sufficient water and lots of play time before leaving and I would also love to send pictures while I am walking or checking in on your pup and send them to you!

About: Mess with my animals; you mess with me. I am a fierce animal advocate/rescuer (Team Chelsea Volunteer). I am also a pet groomer in training. Animal care & welfare is important to me. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. My days are flexible. Currently, I have 3 of my own dogs (very friendly and playful) and one Sr. cat (Luna is a bit of a wild-child; typical of Tuxedo female cats; she stays upstairs in her safe place; either on my bed or on her cat tree). I have also made Luna a treehouse in the backyard tucked safely inside of a mulberry tree. I have a fenced yard and my home is quite frankly a safe haven for animals. I just live here. Their happiness and comfort is my priority.
