“We left our three year-old retriever, Nora, with Kripa for three days. This was our first time using Rover and, honestly, I was a little nervous, leaving her with a stranger. We had a first meet and greet and all went well. In fact, I was very happy how Nora played in interacted with her dog. When I dropped Nora off, Iimmediately received photos and videos within an hour. I did not expect this to continue, but I was happy to continually get pictures and updated videos of Nora‘s integration, walks, and life throughout the three days we were away. Melissa kept us in regular contact throughout our time away and was responsive to our check ins. She understands puppy needs and was helpful continuing training while we were gone. Highly recommend Melissa to others for safe and reliable pet care.
This was the first time leaving my senior dog with a sitter. I was anxious as he suffers from separation anxiety. Kazi was great to work with. She was able to accommodate him for an extra day and kept in touch before and during the boarding. She sent me pictures and updates on how he was doing that really helped. Despite a few accidents on his part she said she would keep him again. I will not hesitate to book Kazi again.

This was Axel’s first time boarding with Kayla - Lea. She did a great job with him. The pictures she sent of him while we were away, gave us peace of mind because he looked quite comfortable and happy. He boarded with her picked for 8 days. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We couldn't have asked for a better Rover sitter! From the moment we started talking to Zehra, it was obvious how patient, kind, and genuinely caring she is. She is truly the BEST —so calm, encouraging, and completely tuned in to what was needed. Throughout the entire week, she kept us updated with so many photos, videos and messages, which made being away from our pup so much easier. We never once had to wonder how he was doing. He was so happy, comfortable, and loved in her care. Her husband was absolutely wonderful too, and together they made my pup feel like part of their family. Also, their pup and cat are just the sweetest - so calm and well-mannered. We will absolutely see her again and can't recommend her highly enough. Sharai is amazing. Our Winston has never been “babysat” before, not even for a few hours let alone an overnight stay. We met her and talked about our worries and right from the start she demonstrated how much she understood him and us. She was very thorough in explaining how she would ensure he was taken care of.
