About: hiii, I’m Devin! (I’m new to Rover) I have (ongoing) experience volunteering at multiple humane societies, volunteering at an animal sanctuary, pet sitting, and I’m going into a Veterinary Technician program next year! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. About: Hi! We are Star Sitters here on Rover, with 6 years of professional pet care and 18 with our own animals. Someone is always here in our calm, safe, and dog friendly home so your dog can spend the day with company instead of being home alone. We do live with our loveable Boston Terrier, Gus, and we are often found hiking on dog friendly trails on the weekend or spending time at the lake. We are very active, enjoy being outside and think dogs should be too - Gus has a lot of energy so daily excercise is key already here. I work as a professional planner and Scott works from home and we are both free on weekends with flexible schedules. Emily works in the office four days per week just a few minutes from home, Scott works from home. Neither of us work on the weekend. Our home is save for any animal - we're smoke free, drug free with no children. Gus loves other dogs and always enjoys having a friend around. Our back yard is mostly fenced in and it's tucked behind. The front is also mostly fenced with a small garden fence.

I am a very active person and walk and go on runs everyday. I walk at-least 5km everyday so i would be very happy to walk your dog any distance or for any time requested. For many years, friends, family, and neighbours have trusted me to care for their pets while they are away, giving me valuable hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I have a natural ability to build strong relationships with dogs and often incorporate training into my interactions, including heel work, recall, leash manners, and fun tricks that help strengthen the bond between dogs and their owners. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate, and professional care that gives pet owners peace of mind. I am available Monday through Friday for dog walking services, as well as 2–3 drop-in visits between 5:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each weekday. I’m currently working part time and am available Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. for 1-hour dog walks or drop-in visits, including potty breaks, feeding, hydration, companionship, and a 15-minute walk. To ensure the comfort and well-being of my own three cats, I do not offer boarding services for dogs or cats in my home. Instead, I provide personalized in-home care through 1–3 daily visits, allowing your pets to remain comfortable and relaxed in their familiar environment. For dogs who enjoy a little extra adventure, I have a fully insured and safety-equipped 2003 Honda Civic with dog seatbelt restraints. With your permission, I can take your pup on enriching walks and hikes along the beautiful trails at Emily Provincial Park, providing both exercise and mental stimulation while keeping safety my top priority.

“Christine is a very warm, very friendly caring person and it was obvious from the moment she met our two dogs they would be in wonderful hands with her! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. About: I have enjoyed taking care of dogs and other pets from a young age. I like getting to know the unique qualities of each animal and enjoy providing an enriching environment full of activities for the active dog, or a quiet, calm space for the pets who take more time to settle in. Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter.
