I’ve always had multiple animals at a time. CPR and trauma experienced. I’m available all the time currently! Which means longer walks, play in the yard, or cuddles! “I'm truly thankful to have met and hired Yushonda. I have watched over 100 dogs, and I mean it when I say she is a step above everyone else. Mara is dog aggressive and dismissive of people and very slow to build trust. Yushonda would not settle for good enough or merely being present in the house. She strived and worked hard to build that trust, working with Mara, making her presence known, and building trust at Mara's pace. I was shocked to hear Mara got comfortable enough to jump right in bed on the first night. I’m a bit of a homebody, so naturally I’ve become the person my family calls when they need someone they trust to pet sit and I love it! About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember and have experience with breeds ranging from Yorkies and Frenchies to Border Collies and German Shepherds. Caring for my own German Shepherd service dog taught me the importance of patience, consistency, attentiveness, and building trust with every dog individually. I understand that every dog has their own personality, comfort level, and routine, and I treat every pet like family while they’re in my care. My schedule is flexible, and I prefer a routine that naturally includes animals rather than working around them. I’m usually available throughout the day for morning, afternoon, and evening care, and I’m comfortable adjusting my plans to make sure pets get consistent attention, walks, feeding, and companionship. I have a fenced in yard with 3 dogs. Scarlett; a 7 year old German Shepherd, Oakley; 2 year old GSD mix, and Justin; a 4 year old Frenchie.

About: I have had my current dog for over a year and we are training to become a Therapy Dog Team. I previously volunteered at Capital Humane Society for 6 months as an Adoption Counselor. I am currently volunteering at Great Lakes Dog Rescue. Growing up I helped take care of the family dog. I took Veterinary Science at the Henry Doorly Zoo in high school and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science. I have experience in training and know how to give dogs vaccinations. I am also happy to provide a basic behavioral profile for your dog for future sittings. I'm currently working part-time in a clinic and in school. Outside of that I have an open schedule and am happy to make time to take care of dogs. I live in an apartment and walk my dogs almost daily. More than happy to do dog introductions before sitting. If it’s a house sitting, more than happy to keep the dogs fairly separate and will take my dog to my apartment instead of leaving the dogs alone. I will never leave my dog and your dog alone in the house.

About: I have 7 years experience with cats, dogs, and various other animals! I am very caring and devoted to the animals I care for & watch! I’m always available & always open to taking new animals! I currently need to come up with $700 before the 22nd of June for an emergency, so I’m willing to take all offers for animals!
