About: I have had my current dog for over a year and we are training to become a Therapy Dog Team. I previously volunteered at Capital Humane Society for 6 months as an Adoption Counselor. I am currently volunteering at Great Lakes Dog Rescue. Growing up I helped take care of the family dog. If it’s a house sitting, more than happy to keep the dogs fairly separate and will take my dog to my apartment instead of leaving the dogs alone. I work full time, but have full availability to care for your animals in the evenings and weekends. Even during the week, I can make time to care for your animals! I have a fenced in yard and own a six year old Labrador retriever who loves to play and is very friendly with other animals. He gets along great with other dogs, and loves his cat sister. We recently went on a 1 week vacation and had never left our 2 fur babies with anyone but family. We met with Tammy and immediately felt very comfortable with her. Our 2 spoiled doodles took to her right away. She kept us updated with pictures and updates and we were confident that our girls were in good hands. Abagail did a great job with our dog, Charlie. She was very responsive and an amazing communicator. It’s hard finding someone to trust with your pets while away on vacation but I am glad we found Abagail in such the short amount of time we did.
