About: I have been trusted with pet care for friends and family many times over the last few years which have included daily walks, regular feeding, potty breaks, play time, and company! While I'm new to professional pet care, I am familiar with providing reliable care to furry friends. I am currently a full-time student taking online classes this summer, meaning I have plenty of time to hang out with pets! When in-person classes start again in the fall, I am local, so pet care still will not be a problem. About: I have been around pets my whole life. I had a beagle that was 2 when I was born so I grew up helping care for her. I have cared for turtles, fish, and a chameleon. Currently, I have a cat that I have raised from birth. I have helped my aunt with her two golden retrievers when she needed someone to take them out during the day and feed them while she was at work or away on vacation. For the past two summers, I have cared for my uncle's 12 year-old chocolate lab when their family is on vacation. She is a senior dog that needs a little more care and consideration. I am a recent high school graduate and my summer is open. I am attending Mott Community College in the fall, so I am also not going away to school. About: From a young age, I've had a special bond with dogs. My parents took in neighborhood samoyeds and newfoundlands that had been abandoned by their owners. I grew up with them, trained them, did my best to make sure their home was loving. Since my neighbors knew I was good with large dogs, I frequently dog sat for them. I quickly became an expert in leash technique, engaging play, making sure they were fed right, and just plain being there for them. About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up on a farm with two dogs as a child and have had many different-sized animals since. Im currently laid off work while recovering from a shoulder surgery so I have open availability and my shoulder is healed so I have no restrictions on walks or animal size I own a fenced-in lot next to my house for outside time.
