About: I have been trusted with pet care for friends and family many times over the last few years which have included daily walks, regular feeding, potty breaks, play time, and company! While I'm new to professional pet care, I am familiar with providing reliable care to furry friends. I am currently a full-time student taking online classes this summer, meaning I have plenty of time to hang out with pets! When in-person classes start again in the fall, I am local, so pet care still will not be a problem. About: From a young age, I've had a special bond with dogs. My parents took in neighborhood samoyeds and newfoundlands that had been abandoned by their owners. I grew up with them, trained them, did my best to make sure their home was loving. Since my neighbors knew I was good with large dogs, I frequently dog sat for them. I quickly became an expert in leash technique, engaging play, making sure they were fed right, and just plain being there for them. I don't have any dogs right now (my apartment is way too small) but I know I'll meet that special fluffy guy when I get a bigger place. I'm available nearly all the time, as I'm not currently working and am only doing occasional volunteering in the Bitter Lake/Greenwood/Shoreline area. I have the availability of a tireless assistant! I believe in respecting a dog's boundries while also being very mindful of their needs. From years of experience I've learned to find the proper balance and give the dog the best experience possible.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up on a farm with two dogs as a child and have had many different-sized animals since. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
