About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve grown up with pets and currently have 4 cats and 2 dogs, so caring for animals is second nature to me. I love pet sitting, dog walking, and spending quality time with animals of all kinds. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just extra cuddles and attention, I’m happy to make them feel loved and comfortable while you’re away. I know pets are family, and I’ll care for yours like they’re my own! I currently have a very open and flexible schedule for the summer and am available through the end of August. Since I’m home for the summer, I’m able to provide reliable care, flexible scheduling, walks, drop-ins, and lots of attention for your pets throughout the day. I believe pets deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I provide a trustworthy and caring environment where pets get plenty of attention, patience, and affection. I always follow owner instructions carefully and make safety a priority during walks, visits, and playtime.

Jessica is great with my Australian Shepherd, in the summer she’s taken him on walks in the park and in the winter she’s considerate of the conditions so he doesn’t get hurt! She also always checks his water and gives him some attention which I know my little guy loves! Thank you for taking care of my Aussie, I really appreciate it!

About: I’ve had the joy of owning cats and dogs for many many years. I have owned several varieties. I have also had the joy of taking care of other peoples pets. I currently work part-time and I can fit pet Care into my daily and or weekly routine with ease. I am available for more hours in the summer. I tend to care for others pets in their home or walking. About: I grew up in a family full of animals! Everything from dogs and cats to horses or reptiles. I’m currently raising my 3rd service dog through a guide dog organization, so I’m getting training experience through that as well. I’m a recent graduate from Michigan State University and I’m currently working a part time job. I have time throughout the week for drop in potty breaks or walks depending on the day, most weekends I’m free most of the day on the weekends. I have been offering a variety of levels of care for animals for several years, I have no problem giving any medications, specific schedules, going on as many frequent walks or potty breaks depending on what fits your furry friends the best. I love every one of my clients animals as much as I love my personal pets. I enjoy getting to know their personalities and how to help them best feel comfortable. I prefer to do a meet and greet before overnight visits so your furry friends will feel more comfortable with me in their space.

About: I grew up on a farm with horses, chickens, cats and dogs. I am prepared to look after any size dog or cat and am hear to spoil them! I have helped a friends senior dog for about a year, she also had young puppies that I helped raise by feeding and bathing them and training them to go outside. I work a part time job but have plenty of free time to care for your pets. I have had time to raise a 7 year old jack russel/Maltese and have taught her commands. I would take work off to house sit to have all eyes on your dog or cat. During drop ins I always bring treats and make sure they get all my attention.

About: What sets me apart is that I focus on being consistent, attentive, and calm with every pet I care for. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual routine and personality, so they feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. I’m also patient with different needs, whether that’s energetic puppies who need structure and playtime or older pets who may need a slower pace and extra care. I make sure communication with pet owners is clear and reliable so they always know how their pet is doing. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine because I’m very organized and consistent with my schedule. I’m comfortable handling feeding, walking, cleaning, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and cared for. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so fitting pet care into my weekly routine feels rewarding rather than stressful. I make sure pets are comfortable, safe, and cared for by following their normal routine as closely as possible. In my home or a client’s home, I focus on feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, cleaning up after them, and giving them attention and companionship. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level to make sure they’re happy and stress-free. If the owner has specific instructions, I always follow them carefully to make sure their pet receives the best care possible.

  • 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 100% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
