I currently work as a Supervisor at a luxury dog boarding/daycare resort, and previously as a Shift Leader for 2 years at another boarding/daycare kennel for dogs AND cats. Overnight stays are accepted on a case by case basis depending on my work schedule and the location of your home. During walks and drop-in visits, my focus is on safety, enrichment, quality of care, and making sure your pet gets the attention they need. Before each booking, I’ll get to know their schedule, feeding routine, exercise needs, medications (if applicable), and any behavioral quirks or preferences.

About: Hi! 🤗 thanks for checking me out! I have a ton of experience with animals! I have experience in animal hospitals and doggy daycares alike 😃 Taking care of animals is where my heart is. I’ve always had multiple animals at a time. CPR and trauma experienced. I’m available all the time currently! Which means longer walks, play in the yard, or cuddles! I walk dogs full time so don’t be shy! I can’t watch anyone in my apartment, but I can come to your home or take them out and about! My attitude changes with each animal as I learn them. Most dogs I’m pretty playful with and have a lot of high energy play, some like to just sit next to a warm body on the couch and I can do that too.

About: I’ve been working at a dog boarding and daycare facility for the past 2 years, so caring for dogs has become something I genuinely love. I’m comfortable with all types of dogs, from high energy dogs to the more laid back ones. I love getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while they’re with me I am working part time at a dog boarding facility before I head out to the Grand Canyon National Park in October where I’ll be working at for the winter and looking for any open opportunities before I leave! I’m available for Mornings afternoons and nights to help work around your preferred schedule for your animal. With my experience I have gotten to learn how to take care of dogs with any type of personalities and needs. I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and keep their normal routine as much as possible. I’ll follow their feeding, walking, and medication instructions, give them plenty of attention and exercise, and make sure they’re safe and happy. I’ll also treat your home and your pet with the same respect and care I would want for my own.

I’m a bit of a homebody, so naturally I’ve become the person my family calls when they need someone they trust to pet sit and I love it! When your fur baby is with me, you can count on me to follow their routine and all the little things that make them happy. “5 Stars – Hands down the BEST dog sitter we've ever had! Carissa is an absolute gem! From our very first meet-and-greet, she was incredibly thorough—asking every important question and answering all of ours with patience and clarity. We instantly felt at ease leaving our 9-year-old Apollo in her care. She was always extremely responsive, easy to reach, and wonderfully accommodating to both Apollo's needs and ours (including bringing in mail and packages). Our home was left spotless and tidy. The daily updates were a highlight—multiple photos and messages each day showing Apollo happily running in the yard, playing indoors, getting tons of cuddles, and smiling with his chompers lol. Seeing how content and loved he was allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our family vacation without a single worry! When our flight was unexpectedly canceled and rescheduled (leaving us stuck in airports for an extra 30 hours), Carissa immediately and graciously agreed to stay an additional night. Knowing Apollo was in such capable, caring hands made a stressful travel day, much easier. Carissa's professionalism, genuine love for dogs, and thoughtful attention to detail made our trip better than we could have hoped.
