“Tahrena was such a blessing for us and our puppy Woody on a recent stay. We actually had another sitter booked for Woody for 9 nights while we went out of town for Thanksgiving but of course the morning we were supposed to drop him off (and they day before our flights), he woke up sick with some GI issues. A trip to the vet later it was confirmed he had an intestinal parasite and was sent home with 4 different medications. Our original sitter was understandably not comfortable taking him and cancelled the booking leaving us just hours to find an alternative. Between phone calls to boarding facilities and messages to sitters on Rover, my husband and I must have reached out to over a dozen different people before we finally reached Tahrena! The true mark of an animal lover is someone with the compassion to love and care for a sick animal in need. With very few questions asked she accepted the booking - sick puppy, multiple medications and all! I hated leaving him sick but she was so warm and loving from the start. I knew he was in good hands and my family and I were able to enjoy our trip without worry or concern that he wasn't beeing loved on and taken care of while we were away. We got regular updates throughout his stay and would absolutely book with Tahrena again. Nothing beats having a go-to sitter you know you can depend on! Thank you again Tahrena (and family)!!”

“Phoenix boarded my basset hound Nelly for 9 days and was both professional and fun. Her home is in the country, and she has pets and other farm animals, which looked happy and well taken care of. I felt comfortable leaving Nelly with her because Nelly looked excited to be there and liked her kids. Nelly is a rescue with separation anxiety, but she came home happy and not anxious at all. Phoenix communicated professionally with Rover, even when I was busy, and sent a good number of pictures as well. I didn't have to worry about Nelly because Phoenix had no trouble taking care of her. She is really great with animals!”

Danielle was highly flexible with regards to my shifting travel schedule due to airport/airline issues and picked up/dropped off my dog as soon as I got home.
