I had a last minute emergency creating the need for a dog boarder for a holiday weekend on the Thursday before the holiday for my nervous nilly dog. I found them in my Rover account. They had a space for my dog and let us come over that same day for a meet and greet. My nervous nilly dog showed me right away how comfortable she was there. I loved what I saw and booked with them right away. Over the weekend, my fur baby was allowed to do the kinds of things we let her do at home - snuggle up on our chairs with us, sleep in our bed, etc. In addition to their fenced-in back yard, they went on daily walks and played in the house with their dog and 1 other that was also there for the weekend. I recieved photos and I could tell my dog was having a great time. When I picked her up yesterday I could quickly see that she was not stressed at all from this new last-minute situation. I give the credit to JoAnn & Chris for making my baby feel loved and at home in their home in our absense. I will absolutely book them again! They were awesome!!”

I have owned dogs of a variety of sizes Big (Labradors - Sassie and Flounder), Cocker Spaniel (Cleo), Basset Hound (Ginger), Terrier (Kush), and Pomeranian (Foxy). I learned by caring for these dogs that the most important thing is to identify each dog's individual needs by paying attention to how they are feeling and how they interact with me and the other dogs. I personalize my care for each dog. I am experienced with: - puppies as well as elder dogs and all ages in between. - administering medications as needed. - personalized feeding schedules. - personalized walking schedules and outdoors time. - crate trained or not. I am currently a stay at home wife who has plenty of time to take care of dogs up to 40 lbs. My home is pet friendly, with doorway gates to make sure that each dog has a safe place to eat and enjoy their stay at my home. My schedule is flexible and can be changed and updated on an as needed basis, I have a back yard and a safe sidewalk that is easily accessible outside my front door. I go by the rules so anything the owner wants me to do, I do. I’m very good with sticking to schedules. I am very comfortable with bathing and giving dogs their meds, so if your dog has a medication that he/she needs to take I can do that. If I see that something is wrong with your dog I give phone calls right away to update you so that way you’re aware of your dogs well being. I take pictures and video’s to make sure that you can see how your dog is doing and that they’re in great care with me. I am currently unemployed. I’m a stay at home mom so I am always home. I only have one child and he’s usually with my husband in his man cave so I have all the time in the world to care for your fur babies. I have an unfenced yard and two amazing dogs at home. They’re super sweet and love everybody and get along with all dogs. I can walk your dogs at anytime of the day. About: I have 2 German Shepherd that I walk and play with all the time take them for car rides and to the dog park I also dog sit my brothers dogs when they need me I don’t work so I’m available any time to walk play and take care of your cars or dogs I can stay overnight to if needed I have 2 German shepherds I don’t have a fenced in yard but I take the on long walks to the dog park to play with them
About: Whenever a family friend would go out of town she would always reach out to me first to go check on her 4 dogs, checking their bowls, if theres any poo to clean up, and of course give them love and attention before heading back out. I have a shih tzu at home which is my family dog 8 years old now, a bearded dragon, and a parakeet, they're my babies. I currently work 2 jobs, one of them is a CNA at Encompass Health in which I self schedule. The other is at Altitude Trampoline Park, as a cashier and party host. In total I usually work 3-4 days out of the week. It varies. On my days off I am open to come care for fur babies. In my home, I take care of my shih tzu taking him out first thing in the morning, then feeding him, and keeping him company. He is so nosey he always needs to follow me or my mom around and requires nap time. Sometimes if he allows me I take him out for a walk, he’s very picky so he’ll want to walk down 3 houses then drag me back home. With my parakeet and bearded dragon I give them attention, feed them, treats, and hold them depending on how social they’re feeling.
About: For 2 years I’ve took care of my neighbors dogs by letting them out, feeding them and playing with them. I love animals and I grew up in a household filled with animals.
