The vet and I agreed that I would bring our dog Jiggy in for a follow up post op 9 days out. Our vet said that our dog was looking good but to continue meds. This required oral meds, eye drops and ear meds as Jiggy got an ear infection while wearing a cone post op. Colleen managed it ALL! I'm truly grateful to have found her. I was nervous about using someone off Rover that I did not know for our sweet dog Jiggy. But she truly made this a fantastic experience. I would not hesitate to use her again! About: I grew up with dogs all my life. I appreciate what they do for me. I have owned dogs of a variety of sizes Big (Labradors - Sassie and Flounder), Cocker Spaniel (Cleo), Basset Hound (Ginger), Terrier (Kush), and Pomeranian (Foxy). I learned by caring for these dogs that the most important thing is to identify each dog's individual needs by paying attention to how they are feeling and how they interact with me and the other dogs. I personalize my care for each dog. I am experienced with: - puppies as well as elder dogs and all ages in between. - administering medications as needed. - personalized feeding schedules. - personalized walking schedules and outdoors time. - crate trained or not. I am currently a stay at home wife who has plenty of time to take care of dogs up to 40 lbs. My home is pet friendly, with doorway gates to make sure that each dog has a safe place to eat and enjoy their stay at my home. My schedule is flexible and can be changed and updated on an as needed basis, I have a back yard and a safe sidewalk that is easily accessible outside my front door. My back yard has grass and a screened in porch for those days when it is comfortable for dogs to be outside.
