I have had cats, dogs, rats, birds and the occasional rescue of baby raccoons, opossums and turtles. Prior to these current issues, I always took my girls ( Lucy & Deja ) up to spend weekends all together anyway. Since my mom passed 3 years ago that routine was in place. They get long walks and playtime with their friends in the neighborhood. We all sleep together and I have a gaggle of cats/kittens (from a feral pregnant stray) I took in. When I had my house of 30 years, we had a fenced yard and everyone I know calls me when they have animal “issues”. I have been contacted through work internal team chats to go help the crow that flew into a window (at work). I have carriers and necessary supplies to help in these situations. That crow went immediately to Blue Pearl ( who will take in anything and help save it, humanely euthanize it, or then send to wildlife rehabilitation centers. I can care for all animals and want to be there for your pets.

I enjoy spending time with animals and make it a priority to ensure they receive the love, attention, and exercise they need while you’re away. I care for pets as if they were my own. I make sure they have plenty of love, attention, exercise, fresh water, and meals on their regular schedule. I understand that every pet has different needs, so I take the time to learn their routine and personality to help them feel comfortable and safe. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, cuddling, or simply keeping them company, my goal is to make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life. I helped my childhood dog deliver all 9 of her puppies, cared for them, and helped find each of them a loving home. I’ve also dog sat a variety of breeds and ages, including senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I’ve had Journey, my own dog, for 8 years, so I’m very comfortable with the everyday responsibility, attention, and love dogs need. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I’m a stay-at-home mom to a toddler, so I have a flexible schedule and am home often. I’m able to work walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting into my routine while giving each pet plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I’m happy to do my very best to work with different schedules and routines to make sure your pet gets the care and attention they need. I take pet safety seriously and treat every dog like they’re part of the family. I follow their normal routine and their owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and any specific behaviors or boundaries to be aware of. I make sure doors, gates, and fences are secure, keep dogs supervised, and don’t leave them with anything they shouldn’t have access to. I also keep a clean, comfortable environment and give pets plenty of attention and exercise appropriate for their age and energy level. Whether your dog is staying with me in my home or I’m caring for them during drop-ins at your home, my goal is for them to be safe, happy, and genuinely well cared for.
About: Dogs are people too..... At least that's how I have always felt and our furry friend gets most all of the attention in our home. My husband and I just moved to Florida from Arkansas. Most of our neighbors there we met through our dogs and thought this could be a great opportunity to take advantage of my love of the outdoors and meet some new dogs - I mean people. I have trained & cared for my own doggies from puppy stage to end stage and have had the privilege to care for other's furry family members along the way - how can you not love those faces? I can be available for morning and or evening walks around your neighborhood and visits so I can spoil your dog (almost) as you would. I work from home so I can be somewhat flexible with you and your pet's schedule, making sure they get lots of attention and quality care! I will make sure your pup stays safe while walking the neighborhood or playing in the yard. Or that they get quality attention while you are away.
About: Welcome! I'm Natalie! 🐾 I provide loving, home-based pet care in Epperson, Wesley Chapel, and because I'm home full-time, your pup gets plenty of attention throughout the day. One of the biggest perks of staying with us: we have NO resident pets, making our home a great option for dogs who prefer not to share their space with another household pet. I'm a stay at home, so I'm home and available every day throughout the day. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine, and I have plenty of flexibility for walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding schedules, and lots of one-on-one attention. Dogs staying with me aren't left alone for long workdays, they get to enjoy a relaxed, home environment with plenty of attention and companionship throughout their stay. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. We live in a clean, comfortable, family oriented home in Epperson, and we do not have any resident pets. This can be especially helpful for dogs who are more comfortable without another household dog or cat around. I'm home throughout the day and able to closely supervise the pets in my care. I follow each owner's feeding, walking, medication, sleeping, and household routines as closely as possible so their pet can feel safe and comfortable while away from home. My two children, ages 13 and 9, also love animals and are very accustomed to having dogs stay with us.

“Tahrena was such a blessing for us and our puppy Woody on a recent stay. We actually had another sitter booked for Woody for 9 nights while we went out of town for Thanksgiving but of course the morning we were supposed to drop him off (and they day before our flights), he woke up sick with some GI issues. A trip to the vet later it was confirmed he had an intestinal parasite and was sent home with 4 different medications. Our original sitter was understandably not comfortable taking him and cancelled the booking leaving us just hours to find an alternative. Between phone calls to boarding facilities and messages to sitters on Rover, my husband and I must have reached out to over a dozen different people before we finally reached Tahrena! The true mark of an animal lover is someone with the compassion to love and care for a sick animal in need. With very few questions asked she accepted the booking - sick puppy, multiple medications and all! I hated leaving him sick but she was so warm and loving from the start. I knew he was in good hands and my family and I were able to enjoy our trip without worry or concern that he wasn't beeing loved on and taken care of while we were away. We got regular updates throughout his stay and would absolutely book with Tahrena again. Nothing beats having a go-to sitter you know you can depend on! Thank you again Tahrena (and family)!!”
