About: I’ve always been an animal lover. I used to have a Labrador who was like a best friend to me, and now I help take care of my brother’s two cats. I’ve been volunteering at CARES Burien as a dog walker for last 2 months, which has been such a rewarding experience. I get to spend time with all kinds of dogs—big, small, shy, playful—and I really enjoy getting to know their different personalities. What makes me different is how much I truly care. I’m not just here for a walk—I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you're away. I'm working part-time now, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 11 AM to 8 PM, and also on Sundays. Every pet is different, and I always try to match their vibe. If they’re playful and full of energy, we’ll get moving. If they’re older or just more chill, I’ll be calm and gentle. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was young. *For housesitting* I can stay there all day and return very early in the morning, but I won’t be able to sleep overnight. Friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed their pets. Personally, I’ve owned and taken care of my own dogs for many years and two rabbits. My two fur babies are a Samoyed and a Lab. They love going to the dog park and to play. There is a park nearby my place. I do not have a fenced yard, but I would take your pets on long walks for exercise and a good stretch. I’m experienced in administering oral and injectable medicine as well. If needed, please detail the necessary care in your booking. I work from home all day. Your pets will have human supervision throughout the day. I can follow your set schedule for your pets closely.

About: Hi there, my name is Carlos and and I have roughly 16 years experience working with dogs. I’m passionate about dog psychology, as well as training, and are constantly self-learning the best practices and training methods. I started training dogs when I was fifteen, and specialized in working with nervous or anti-social dogs that just needed a little help in adjusting their behaviors (exercise and structured play are the best things for most dogs, so if you leave your energetic dog with me, rest assured they will come back tired!) My favorite activity to share with dogs is rollerblading, and it is especially great for work breeds, who love to have a job to do! I have also been a volunteer for dog rescue organizations in Seattle since 2020, mostly with Saving Great Animals. Since the pandemic started, I have fostered 3 dogs from rescue circumstances and helped turn them around into the loving and happy family members. Often, these dogs had never had human affection (or even a bed or full meal) before. I am currently working a part-time WFH and usually at home on the weekends. My partner is full WFH, so we operate as a team to make sure the dogs have as much supervision as possible. I will always check with owners if we need to leave their pets unsupervised for a short time and I have my own crate and plenty of other assorted dog equipment. Our large six bedroom house is already puppy and older dog friendly, as we used to often care for foster dogs from different backgrounds. We have Othello park about 5 min away from our home.
