Ms Katherine right away scheduled a meet up beforehand with us and Chewie, without even us asking for it, before finalising our needs. She right away bonded with Chewie at the same time made us more reluctant in choosing our service option. We are very very fortunate to have Ms. Katherine take care of one of our family member, Chewie. Ms. Katherine made sure our needs are met, and most specially Chewie’s needs and wants. She treated Chewie as her own, going above and beyond expectations. She also communicated as much to keep us updated.
