About: Due to my active and flexible lifestyle, I am very capable of walking a wide range of dogs from small to large and lazy to hyper. My Australian Shepherd (Covid puppy) does a great job of reminding me to take her on 2-3 walks a day, give her special cuddles and tug on her rope daily. She’s a very smart and trained girl, but just like me, she needs exercise or she’ll get the zoomies! I currently work from home and have good breaks throughout the day, as well as, a flexible schedule giving me the ability to leave my desk and go for a walk or check in on a pup or cat. In my experience walking and taking care of other pets, I’ve been very communicative with what the owner requests. For example, I’ve had opportunities where I’ve had to be very careful about opening the front door because the dog may run out of the house. I’ve also been in positions where I double and triple check if the dog I’m walking is in their harness/leash correctly because they are masterminds when it comes to escaping. If the client is specific with their pet’s needs, I try my best to follow their directions to a tee.

About: I treat someone else’s animal as if it were mine. I always ask the owner any specific instructions on the animal’s eating habits, potty habits, and sleeping habits. I always strive to be as respectful and responsible as much as possible because I realize the importance of my being there to provide care and comfort to someone’s animal. I work full-time in a hybrid work setup. I work days and have a set work schedule that affords me breaks throughout the day and the ability to end work relatively early. I also do not work on weekends. In a client’s home, I am very cognizant that I am a guest and that, when entering the home, I must be respectful of everyone, particularly of the animal’s space. Animals are, by nature, very territorial and loyal to their owners. They can see a new human coming in as a threat or just as someone that does not belong in that space. So, I have found that the best thing to do is to first convey to the animal that I am not a threat and then try to establish a bond or connection with the animal.

About: I have cared for the smallest pugs all the way to the biggest golden retrievers! I love dogs in spending time with man’s best friend. I am available to care for your pets on Mondays,and Wednesday’s from 3 PM to 8pm. On Friday’s from 2pm-10pm and I have open availability on Saturdays and Sundays! I live in a very spacious two bedroom apartment with a separate upstairs and downstairs area. I live right next to a very grassy area with a dog park so taking your animal for walks and potty breaks would be no issue and we can go outside as much as they want!

About: I was raised on a farm and have been caring for a multitude of different animals, basically since birth! I have cared for everything from a 2lb chihuahua to a 200lb Great Dane, as well as cats and farm animals. Over the years, I’ve been a repeat dog sitter for many of my friends and family. Pets are allowed on all furniture and have full run of the house. I do have crates available as well, if needed. I live extremely close to several large parks, as well!
