“Time with Andrew and his pack is the perfect, safe socialization our girl needs. We know she comes back home happy. What would we do without Andrew?! I don’t want to think about it. ❤️🐾”

“My little dogs are so happy and well cared for and spoiled in Leslie's care (play time and walks and doggie messages and they sleep with her!) It gives me so much peace of mind to know that while I am off having a good time my pets are having a good time too. Leslie provides regular pictures and updates. I couldnt be happuer and I highly recommend her.”

“My wife and I left our two Dachshunds Ruger and Bella in the care of Stacy and her family. Every day Stacy would send us pictures of our dogs playing and having a great time with her puppy. We were so pleased when Stacy told us that Ruger and Bella got to sleep in her daughters bed with her as Dachshunds love to burrow under blankets and love to snuggle up next to humans when they sleep. Finding Stacy and her family in Rover.com was a Godsend. We would highly recommend Stacy for you dog boarding needs!”

“Delaney was amazing! She took great care of our small dog. She provided daily updates with (adorable) pictures, which made us feel comfortable knowing that our pup was in great hands. We will definitely book again!”

“Being new to the area means having to start from scratch, including having to find a reliable dog sitter for our dog Cali. Travis and his family made this such a positive experience. We so appreciate the flexibility in drop off and pick up, along with the daily updates about our dog while we were gone. Our little Cali had so much fun and did not want to leave. Would highly recommend booking with Travis!”

“We were very happy that we found Erin and Sebastian to take care of Taz while we were on a trip. From our first meeting it was obvious they care about animals. Erin sent several updates and pictures during the week to let us know Taz was in good hands and doing fine. Will not hesitate to use them again if needed. Thanks again for your care.”
“Rae treats my dogs like her own. Every time I drop them off they are excited to see her and when I pick them up they are happy as clams! I can tell they get lots of cuddles while they’re at her place plus they love the big backyard!”

“I could just tell when i walked in the door that bowie was going to be well taken care of. My puppy usually has a hard time when we leave her at a boarding house. She doesnt eat much, and barks all night but not this time! She didn't lose weight, slept and got all kinda of walks and cuddles and I got to relax on my trip because I could tell she was happy and relaxed! Definetely going back thank you so much Meagan!!!”

“Michael and Cole were great with my dog Max. They helped him feel at home and he loved the stay there. He was a little worried at first, as he always is, but they played with him and he totally bonded with both of them. We will definitely be booking a future stay.”

“Unfortunately my Kitty is a bit sensitive and didn't enjoy the boarding (it was her first time) yet Devon kept me on the loop and was very friendly and professional and gave the kitty space while keeping me informed of what was going on; would recommend for cat boarding she has a cat paradise set at her home and you can tell she really loves animals and takes good care of them. She quickly adjusted the dates when I came back to pick up the kitty up.”

“Natasha and her kids take amazing care of Monty when I’m out of town. I can tell he’s loved and cared for just like when he’s home. Great sitter for small dogs like mine!”

About: Like many people here, I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I have helped train both family/friends pets with patience or redirecting behavior rather than relying on punishment. I am a treat heavy household so please let me know of any dietary restrictions! As for why I want help take care of your fur babies, iv promised myself to keep my menagerie at a minimum. I would love to incorporate some new fur friends into my daily routine. I'm more that happy to schedule meet and greets to see if I'm a good fir for you and your family! I'm usually free all day Sunday through Wednesday with the occasional errand runs throughout the day. I'm more than willing to work my schedule around your needs. As for Thursday through Saturday, I will be at work in the afternoons and evenings with fur babys being alone for about 7-8 hours (if they are staying with me or need drop by visits) In my home visits: I will provide walks, outside time in the back yard, and dog park excursions (if permitted). I will also incorporate feeding schedules, medication and any other personal requirements that are needed. Communication is key! In your home visits: I will provided walks on each visit (unless otherwise discussed) scheduled feedings and play/snuggle time. I would prefer not to do overnights unless I can bring my dog with me and all pets get along with in your home.
“Jen and her family were amazing with Loki!! Jen sent daily pictures and updates on what they were doing and reassured me that my fur baby was doing well. I will definitely call on Jen again.”

“Jeremy and his wife did AMAZING! Pictures were sent, updates made. Didn't mind answering questions and providing updates. Cared for my pug and large lab mix like their own ☺️”

“Yi Ling watched my dog over two weekends, and I was very happy with the care she provided. She was an excellent communicator, always punctual, and completely dependable. One thing to know is that she often watches more than one dog at a time. My dog did great in that environment and enjoyed the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. I would happily book with Yi Ling again!”

“We picked our English Bulldog up at 7:45am and Jessica had everything packed up, Posey’s kennel broken down, and we were able to get right on the road for a 12 hour drive! Posey had obviously played hard because she went right to sleep. She is worn out and happy! Thanks, Jessica!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
