“I have a very high anxiety dog that gets the shakes with new places or people, and Rebekah was able to make her feel at home and comfortable. I never have to worry about her raising her voice or forcing my dog to do something she doesn't want to, and it's a huge weight off my shoulders.”
“I highly recommend Sydney to watch your furbabies! Sydney was very communicative and accommodating when I was in need of someone to watch Marley at the very last minute. I would be more than happy to have Sydney watch Marley again in the future!”

“Rachel and her sister worked some kind of magic on my pups. They spent the day in doggy daycare and had the best times of their lives. They have some wild puppy energy most days, but came home and were sleepy relaxed little ones for the rest of the night. Would 100% book with Rachel again.”

About: Loving animals is about forming meaningful connections with creatures who provide companionship, loyalty, and joy. Pets often offer unconditional love, and caring for them can be deeply rewarding. I have been taking care of people's pets, even my own, since I was around 14 years old. I have loved animals my whole life and I am excited to help you and your fur babies! I recently just got let go from my full-time job so I have plenty of free time to help out with things you may need. Whether it's a walk, drop-in, or in-house sitting I am willing and able to help! I will safely care for your pets by providing a secure and comfortable environment tailored to their individual needs. I prioritize their well-being by following clear instructions for feeding, exercise, and any special care routines. I ensure their safety by keeping them in a secure space and being vigilant about their health and behavior. With my experience and attention to detail, you can trust that your pet will be in loving, responsible hands at all times.
“Laurel and her family had been excellent caretakers for Russell and Maggie. She was super accommodating and kind. It was comforting to know my fur-babies were in such good hands.”

“Kaitlyn took great care of my dog. There were a lot of pictures and updates throughout the day. Kaitlyn also communicated well before the booking, making sure Aloy would be comfortable in her care. This is your sign to book with Kaitlyn if you’re looking for someone in Fort Collins to watch your puppy.”

“Harmony was excellent. I got photos of my dog everyday and I could tell she was having a great time. Harmony is a real dog lover and she took mine to the park frequently, played with her and made she she got plenty of walks. Will definitely book her again next time we're out of town.”

“So kind and caring, our dog was so comfortable there and had so much fun during her stay. And Shaun has great communication skills. During her stay, he took lots of photos for us and sent us updates on how she was doing. Will definitely book again for our next visit.”

About: I love dogs at every stage of life, which means I’m uniquely equipped to handle both high-energy puppies and gentle seniors. I have rescued and owned dogs my whole life, and I understand the patience required for puppy potty training schedules and basic command reinforcement, as well as the quiet comfort, mobility assistance, and strict medication routines needed for senior dogs. No matter their age, your dog gets care tailored exactly to their pace. I also worked at a vet throughout high school, so I have additional knowledge that can be beneficial. My pet care in college looks a little different since I am not living with my parents back home. I brought my horse to Colorado with me, so my day consists of giving him his supplements and exercising him. For your pet, my mornings and evenings are dedicated to the essential routines—feeding, administering any necessary medications, refreshing water, and managing potty breaks or litter box cleaning. I know how important timing is for a pet's internal clock, so I keep these windows highly consistent. Thanks to a flexible daytime routine, I am easily able to accommodate mid-day drop-ins, puppy potty-training intervals, or much-needed afternoon walks and playtime to break up the day for high-energy dogs. Your home is where your pet feels safest. I strictly follow your rules regarding furniture access, feeding locations, and crating routines so that your pet's environment remains completely predictable and stress-free. I am incredibly mindful of home security. I ensure doors and gates are securely locked at all times, double-check that alarms are properly set, and carefully manage keys or entry codes. I also keep a close eye out for household hazards, ensuring trash cans are sealed, countertops are clear of harmful foods, and doors to restricted rooms stay closed. I treat your home with the utmost respect. I keep living spaces clean, wipe muddy paws at the door, and ensure everything looks exactly as you left it—if not cleaner—when you return.
About: I've had personal experience training and caring for dogs my entire life, especially the past 15 years. I currently have one small dog who loves other dogs and cats and we love having friends over to watch and play with! I am a PhD student and work 5 minutes from my house. I'm able to go home every day at lunch to take pets outside and am home every morning, evening/night, and weekend! I have a fenced yard and one friendly, small dog! We love cuddling on the couch and playing with toys in the yard and in the living room. We take a long walk every day, one short one in the morning and a longer one in the evening.
About: I've had pets ever since I could remember: dogs, cats, snakes, hamsters, bunnies, birds, and fish. I love all animals and I would have become a vet if biology wasn't so hard! Taking care of animals is one of my strongest passions and I know the stress of what it's like leaving a family member behind while you go on vacation. You can rest assured that I will spoil your baby(ies) rotten until you come home. I work a standard 8-5 job where I can check in on your babies morning and evening and make sure they are well cared for and do not feel lonely I'd love to meet with you prior to any bookings to get to know the environment your baby is in and the dos and donts that are allowed
About: Weather it's long walks, play sessions, or cuddle time, we make sure your furry family member gets both physical excercise and emotional connection that they need. As work from home, I will have a time dedicated to your pet. I can take care of puppies under 1 year as well.. Because I work from home throughout most days, your dog will never feel lonely or overlooked. I will be able to provide regular attention, potty breaks and play sessions. I will follow your dog/cats schedule for feeding, walks and medication, so they feel secure and cared for. I can also provide photos and messages so you can see how happy and relaxed your furry friend is.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 528 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Bellvue. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Bellvue commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 528 sitters in Bellvue, 85% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
