Hi! My husband and I both work from home, and we only watch one dog at a time (or two dogs from the same household) so your pup never has to interact with unfamiliar dogs. This allows us to keep things calm, attentive, and personalized, especially important for dogs who prefer a quieter environment. Your dog will get plenty of attention and care throughout the day. We have a spacious backyard, perfect for running, playing, or just sniffing around. Our friendly 9-year-old Havanese, Waffle, loves having another dog around to play with, or just to chill on the couch (he’s very much in his old-man era). I have ten years of experience dog sitting in Chicago, Portland, and Amsterdam, where I used another app (Pawshake) to care for pets before we moved back to the U.S. Now settled in Fort Collins, we’re excited to open our home to more pups! Meet and Greet: I always recommend a meet and greet so your dog can get comfortable with Waffle and their surroundings before their stay. It’s important to me that you both feel at ease. Daily Routine: We live near the Poudre River Trail and enjoy long walks daily (depending on your pup’s needs). I’ll make sure to stick closely to your dog’s usual walking schedule to maintain their routine and comfort. As an active person, I’m committed to giving both Waffle and your dog plenty of playtime and exercise. Throughout your dog’s stay, I’ll send regular updates to give you peace of mind. If your dog has any special needs—dietary preferences, medications, or anything else, I’m happy to accommodate. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
