I grew up with lots of cats and dogs, and I volunteered at an animal hospital while in college. Today, I have a friendly female creme Shiba Inu, Lula. I offer 1/2-hour or full-hour dog walks and pets sitting in the Whitestone and Beechhurst areas of Queens. I will take your puppy to the park for a stroll, a dog park or just around your area - whatever you prefer. Dogs in my trust for walks are NEVER left alone or unsupervised. I always "clean up" after dogs in my care and keep them on the leash unless, with your permission, we go to a secure fenced dog park. About: I grew up in a very big animal loving household. Since I was little my family and I always had a furry companion. I promise to love, cuddle and care for your loved one like they are my own. I have a full time job but luckily I have a lot of flexibility with my job. I work 10 mins from home so potty breaks and cuddles will never be an issue if needed. I’m a firm believer that while small moments with our pets may seem minuscule to us, they are everything to them— so let’s make it count! I grew up with a cocker spaniel and recently lost my rescue pup to cancer. Due to her long treatment regimen, I feel comfortable administering oral medications. She was a jack russell mixed with a dachshund so you know training was a handful! She suffered from some separation anxiety that we trained through so I have experience with this challenge (pandemic puppies am I right?) But we still had the best time. We explored parks, she sniffed the fun smells of NY, we snuggled on the couch and played fetch every evening. Whatever your pet is into, I’m up for! I work remotely in a dog-friendly building. My job is very flexible when it comes to hours so I can do my best to accommodate nearly every reasonable scenario depending on my meeting times for that given day. However, please no bookings after 7:30pm. In terms of supplies, I do ask pawrents to please bring any necessary food, crates, toys, meds, blankets, etc. I prefer to not cross-contaminate supplies for the health and safety of all pets. All feeding times/walking schedules will be up to the discretion of the pawrent— you know your pet best! I also have pee-pads available for those puppers who are not yet fully potty trained. Lastly, my home layout is quite pet friendly. I keep bedroom and bathroom doors closed since they are out of my line of sight when I work and the kitchen/living room is an open concept. For smaller pets, I can gate away a certain area if pawrents prefer.

About: I have grown up around dogs as well as owned my own dogs for many years. I am well versed in walking, feeding, bathing, and simple grooming techniques. Although a lot of my experience comes from my own personal experience, I have worked at dog grooming facilities and dog boarding facilities, so I've gained experience with large breed dogs from those places. (I will only be available to offer my services during the Summer and mid December to January) Although I do have extracurriculars (dance and horseback riding), I have a fairly free schedule that will allow me to work with various clients and their schedules! I always make sure to double check the fit of harnesses/collars to ensure the safety of pets on a walk. I am capable of putting an animal back in a crate if necessary as well.

Monday to Thursday : 5am to 6am / 5pm to 9 pm Friday : 5am to 6am / 4pm to 9pm Saturday and Sunday : all day My house is all pet friendly I have ladders in every bed or couch, I have a playroom for pets with a fluffy rug, dog house and many toys, only natural ingredients snacks ( hard chesse sticks, dried beef or jerk chicken ), also always have medicine for emergencies, vitamins and probiotics.
