About: I’ve always felt at home around animals—growing up with dogs of all ages and sizes taught me a lot about patience, trust, and how to tune into what each pet needs. Now, with years of experience working through pet-sitting agencies in San Diego and Santa Barbara, I’ve built on that foundation with reliable, hands-on care. One of my favorite parts of the job is getting outside for long walks—it’s good for the dogs and good for me, too. Whether it’s administering meds or just keeping your pet’s routine steady, I approach it all with care and a genuine love for what I do. I am currently in graduate occupational therapy school, and am doing this in my free time to help me support my schooling while doing something I love! Pet care fits really well into my routine! I’m currently working on my thesis for graduate school in occupational therapy, and my program is fully online. I only have two mandatory class meetings a week—Mondays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30—so I have a lot of flexibility during the day. I love getting outside for daily walks and would be so happy to have a furry companion join me. Caring for pets gives me a great balance between schoolwork and movement, and I genuinely enjoy spending my time with animals. I provide loving, care in clients' homes, ensuring pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. While I can accept dogs in my home on a limited basis due to my cat, I prefer to care for pets in their own space, offering walks, playtime, and plenty of attention!

About: I first joined Rover over 10 years ago and cared for a wide range of dogs and cats. I took a break to focus on school and work but continued pet sitting for friends and family. Now I’m excited to return to Rover and offer reliable, loving care for your pets once again. I’m currently between jobs, so I have plenty of flexibility to provide care. I worked with a company like Rover after that, going to peoples houses and taking care of the needs that were required for the animal. About: My husband and I are big animal lovers and wish we could adopt more pets. Instead, we’re turning to Rover so we can introduce new friends to our 9 year old corgi and give others a sense of comfort that their fur kid is in good hands while they’re away. We’re in our late 30s, I work from home 5 days a week (my husband works hybrid 3 days a week) and we live in a quiet culdesac in the heart of Bay Park. We are very active and love exploring San Diego - you’ll most likely find us in Ocean Beach playing volleyball, at dog beach, walking Mission Bay or Crown Point, at Fiesta Island, or at a dog-friendly restaurant. We joke that our social lives revolve around where we can bring our corgi! I know what it’s like to have a stranger pet sit your pup through Rover, and we’ve had some not so great experiences with dog sitters in the past, so we wanted to be able to provide a super positive experience while you’re on vacation since we’ve been on the other end too! Also, be prepared to get spammed with lots of cute photos of your pet while you are away (unless you request otherwise!). Both my husband and I work from home (me full time 5 days a week and he hybrid 3 days a week). We are accustomed to at least 3 walks a day for our pup and field trips to the beach or parks. We have a large fenced patio deck great for lounging and live in a quiet, safe culdesac. Your pet’s safety is number one and we realize the importance as fellow pet parents. We will always keep your pup on leash unless you specifically request a visit to an off leash dog park.
