About: Not only do I have 10 years of experience of pet sitting, I have experience working with shelter dogs. I’ve been with Placer SPCA as a volunteer for many years. I work with fearful, excitable, shy and even reactive dogs on a weekly basis. I make sure to give them the best care I can provide. I have plenty of free time and my shelter schedule is very flexible! I spend most of my time caring for pets or working with animals. I am someone that you can contact last minute for pet sitting! About: Since I was a child, I’ve had the responsibility of feeding my dogs, taking them on walks, cleaning up after them, and so on. When we got our first cats, I’ve also had the responsibility of cleaning their litter boxes and feeding them, too. Since then, I’ve gotten other opportunities to watch other people’s pets while they go on vacation or when they need some other thing done that would require someone else to watch their dog/cat/pet. So if you need any house/dog-sitting services done, or would just like to have them be on a short little walk, I’m your go-to person! Currently, I’m unemployed, but I have classes at Sierra College on Mondays from 12:00 to 3:00 and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6:30, and I regularly attend church on Sunday mornings. I’m super flexible. In my current house, I have a gated side yard that my dogs play and do their business, which I usually clean up after. My two cats have a room to themselves, complete with two covered litter boxes, where they can chill and get away from any loud noises/unknown guests. Two times a day my doodle gets fed a whole dog patty in the morning, and half at night, and once a day, my other dog, who doesn’t eat that much, gets fed some dry food, while my two cats get a mix of wet and dry food.

We found Danny and Stephanie to be top notch in fulfilling dog/house sitting responsibilities. Our little girl, Phoebe, had several long walks a day, was fed on time and even slept with them. I’m confident she was safe and secure when going on walks. They also are very responsive by texting photos of Phoebe’s activities (from walking to napping). Danny and Stephanie live in my neighborhood. When Phoebe and I go on walks, she always wants to visit them — confirming my suspicion that they are more fun and entertaining than I am!!
Lorena was absolutely wonderful with our special needs dog, Yuri. From the start, she was kind, attentive, and followed all of his care instructions perfectly—including his strict medication schedule and extra potty encouragement. She even stayed longer at the last minute when we needed extra help, which we were so grateful for. Yuri can be very shy and particular, but he clearly felt safe with Lorena—and that says everything. We would absolutely trust her with his care again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate pet sitter! 💛🐾
