“Amanda has been caring for Teddy, twice a week for the past two weeks. He’s an eight month old puppy and this has been his first experience being away from home. As with any new pet parent, we were a bit nervous about leaving him, but Amanda is doing an amazing job caring for him and very reassuring to us. We wanted him to socialize with other dogs in a safe environment and basically have a home away from home when we go out of town. I love how Amanda communicates so quickly and sends us sweet pictures of our boy! Thank you, Amanda for loving our puppy, as we look forward to his play dates and overnight stays with you! 🐾💙”

About: Hi there! I am in a professional dog training academy and used to work at an animal hospital. I also used to volunteer at a cat sanctuary, where I learned the best ways to handle and interact with cats who didn't know me well enough. I have experience looking after young, senior, small, and big dogs. Family and friends think of me when they need someone to look after their fur babies. My whole life, I've had dogs (German Shepherds) and cats in my house. For me, a house isn't a home without dogs and/or cats! Growing up around dogs and cats has allowed me to understand better what they want/think, whether they express it vocally or through their actions or body language. My work currently consists of all online work done at my own pace, so my schedule can be pretty flexible! That means I’m able to spend more time with your pets! The care I give to the pets I'm watching is based on specific instructions from you and from paying attention to what your pet is comfortable with. I like to give updates daily and send pictures of your fur babies. I will always reach out with questions such as if your pet is exhibiting unusual behavior or asking if something is okay or not before allowing your pet to do something.

“Maria did a fantastic job taking care of Piglet. She is a sweet gal and obviously an animal lover, which is who you want to leave your babies with. I think piggy would tell me she had a wonderful time if she could talk. Maria is really good at communicating too, which is a bonus! Thank you, Maria for taking such good care of my baby!!”

“Stephanie, thank you so much for taking in our dogs with a flexible schedule while we attended my father’s memorial. I am very grateful to find such a great dogsitter and to not have to worry about my new puppy and my senior dog. My pups came back happy and tired from playing. You are the best! If we lived in the area we would rebook again and again!”

“Would recommend. My pup loved doggy day care with Amanda”

“Pam is the best!! So glad we found her. She is very experienced and has a calm and confident nature with dogs. Pam gives your dog undivided attention as she only takes one dog at a time. Perfect for our anxious little guy! Otis is a couch and bed surfer during the day so I love that she allows dogs on the furniture. Pam could easily become Otis's "surrogate" puppy parent! Kudos to her husband Dave as well, who "chills" with all the dogs on the couch!! I could see a bond forming!! Thank you Pam!! We will definitely be calling again.”

About: I have been a pet owner for all of my adult life. I have had cats, small dogs, and big dogs. I have successfully trained all of our pets to be obedient loving extensions of our family. My pets are much more than just pets! They each bring their own unique personality to my home that adds character and life. I treat them with love and care as they give so much of that to me daily. I am retired. I am often home outside of weekly errands, appointments, and time spent with grandchildren. I would love to welcome your furry friend into my daily adventures. I have a fenced yard that is manicured and perfect for dog exploration and exercise. I also have Finley, my goldendoodle, who loves to have pals to play with! I have crates that can be utilized as well if there is a need.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of any kind in my neighborhood since I was 12 years old. I love all animals & can work with pets who have special needs. I am comfortable administering some medications, taking your dog to the park, etc. I’m currently a full-time Education Specialist and work mostly from home, so pet care works into my schedule as I have all holidays and weekends off. I am able to travel to you for your pets needs during the day, or you can ensure that I will be home to give them attention while I’m working. I have been a local house and pet sitter for many years, and my referral list grows continually. If requested, I will send frequent picture updates of your pets so that you will have peace of mind while you’re away! I currently work full time, but I have summers off and will be available most hours from June-August. During the school year I am available most days depending on my meeting schedule. I’m available on weekends. I am comfortable staying in your home to take care of your pets, or doing multiple drop-in’s a day for play, feeding, bath time, etc., whatever your pet requires. I am not comfortable administering pet medicine via needle, but I am good with oral and topical medication.

“We had the good fortune of having Tamara take care of our Scottish Terrier Moira while we were out of country on a cruise ship with our family, and we could not have been happier with the results! She truly cared for our little dog as if she were her own, and we returned to a very happy and well cared for Scotty! Knowing that we could trust her with our pet's well being allowed us to get on a cruise ship without having to worry about being unreachable during our time spent at sea. It was exactly the peace of mind we were looking for when it came to a pet caregiver. I would unreservedly recommend Tamara to anyone who is looking for a responsible and loving pet caregiver - you won't be disappointed!”
