“Amanda was very gracious towards our very naughty puppy. Apparently, some of the nervous behaviors that we don’t see at home came out with an unholy flourish at Amanda‘s home. But I appreciate the fact that Amanda gave us a full and honest report (which is helpful for us to gauge the areas he still needs significant training) and was very kind about the negatives. The most important thing, though, was that he settled down in the car almost immediately. Our dog is a very nervous dog, so if he has had a rough time at a dog sitter, we know right away because he whines and whimpers all the way home. After leaving Amanda‘s house, he winded for about 60 seconds and then went to sleep. Hallelujah! Thank you, Amanda, for the top quality care you have given to our very low quality puppy. I am especially grateful that Amanda was willing to take the puppy at the last minute, because my husband had a hospital procedure and I had completely forgotten about making arrangements for the dog. About: I have been a pet owner for all of my adult life. I have had cats, small dogs, and big dogs. I have successfully trained all of our pets to be obedient loving extensions of our family. My pets are much more than just pets! They each bring their own unique personality to my home that adds character and life. I treat them with love and care as they give so much of that to me daily. I am retired. I am often home outside of weekly errands, appointments, and time spent with grandchildren. I would love to welcome your furry friend into my daily adventures. I have a fenced yard that is manicured and perfect for dog exploration and exercise. I also have Finley, my goldendoodle, who loves to have pals to play with! I have crates that can be utilized as well if there is a need.

About: Hi, my name is Jena. I am a life long pet owner and animal lover. I became a rover sitter after unexpectedly losing our family dog.
