One of our pups especially requires a lot of care; medication, specific diet, strict schedule, frequent potty breaks, and Johanna did it all to our satisfaction and beyond. She stayed in constant contact with us and kept our home safe and secure while we were 3500 miles away enjoying vacation. “Sarah was a lifesaver! Our sitter cancelled two hours before we were to be leaving town, so we gave Rover a try and Sarah was quick to respond and have a prompt meet and greet before we left. The meet and greet went reallywell, but after we had left, our rescue pup decided he was not happy with having a sitter, and he continued to bark and be rude to Sarah, which is totally opposite his normal behavior so we were very stressed about that. Sarah stayed in touch and kept us updated on progress, she was very patient with him, assuring him that she was a friend. Our house is just as we left it, animals were well taken care of, we appreciate her patience, effort, and communication. We definitely reccomend Sarah!!!”

About: My family has had a variety of pets over the years- dogs, snakes, birds, rabbits… you name it! I love animals and have housesit for various family and family friends before joining Rover. I’m currently going to college in the area, so I do have classes for a few hours weekdays, but I’m free most of the day- looking to fill it with some quality pet time! I do work weekends until 2 usually, but will go on walks and give love beforehand and am available the rest of the day. I’m happy to do daily walks- or multiple times a day! Keeping your pets happy, entertained and healthy is goal. Anything they need to feel more comfortable while you’re gone- just let me know and I’ll take care of it.

“Emma was great! Responsive, responsible, and great with my pup! I'm a sitter myself on Rover, so my bar is pretty high and I'm quite picky with who I let into my hope and who I ask to watch my dog. Emma was all green flags right away. She made it easy to set up a meet-and-greet. Came over and let me take the time to go over all the particulaties of the space (there were many) -- I've recently moved into my Grandma's home, as she died a few months back. Her keepsakes and belongings are still everywhere in the space, And I thought it would be nerve-wracking to let someone into that space with so many priceless (to me) items were still all over the place. Emma heard me out and made me feel confident that she understood where I was coming from and how special the space was to me. After an hour with Emma, I was totally at ease. My dog took to her right away, and I'm sure yours will too! Book Emma while you still can! As a sitter myself, I finally have another person to refer my clients to when I'm not available (it took years to find someone I'd trust with my clients). Emma will be my go-to when I'm out of town, and she should be yours too.”
