They required quite a bit of extra support and even a trip to the vet and she was very capable and responsive to the extra emergency trip to the vet and extra care. Required to take care of Barnaby‘s wound and antibiotics he had to take. The two boys require a lot of extra attention and maintenance to wipe them after every drink, eating, and outside visit and.Kenzie was extremely diligent and making sure they were well taken care of for each of these situations. Matthew was everything one can hope for - and more. He "house sat" and took care of three of our "big boys" - one lab and two goldens. He seems to have a natural affinity for the boys and they were comfortable with him. We have a large back area and he played "fetch" with them every day. When one of the boys had an episode - upset stomach - Matthew went beyond the call of duty, providing comfort to him and communicating with us regularly. We will definitely request his services again in the future.

We also have a new puppy that we had never left before. We are super nervous about leaving him but Bella did a great job and she updated us regularly while we were gone. Taylor was amazing and I 100% recommend! She sent several picture updates through the day and I can tell Kuma was so happy! The house is just as we left it. She also was able to accommodate us leaving early and returning late. I would definitely trust Taylor to watch Kuma again.

Monique did an amazing job caring for our fur babies! We have 3 dogs- 2 rescues (including 1 with anxiety) and a senior English Bulldog who requires four meals a day and medication twice daily. Before we left, I explained that our Bulldog occasionally experiences head tremors and asked Monique to contact me if it happened while we were away. Unfortunately, our sweet girl did have head tremors, and Monique immediately reached out and followed every instruction I provided. She also did a wonderful job helping our anxious pup feel calm and comfortable. We were incredibly impressed with Moniques’s communication, attention to detail, and the photos and updates she shared throughout our trip.
