I spent a very long time in WA caring for dogs and cats for busy families and business owners while they were traveling for pleasure or work. Im great at planning ahead, sticking to schedules and triple checking details like when giving medications. I stay observant to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all animals. And of course, there is never a shortage of necessary playtime/social interaction. Lastly, I've also been a dog bather at a professional dog salon working with big and small dogs. Happy-go-lucky and not so happy temperaments knowing how to build trust with all.

Caring for pets in your home I am very respectful of the space and territory. I take my time getting to know your pet(s), where their favorite places are, how they prefer to socialize with me and let them welcome me in at their pace. I pay close attention to their body language and sounds to ensure they are comfortable and have all that they need to feel safe and secure. I can do pre visits for a meet-and-greet for skittish pets to ensure we're a good fit and give them extra time to familiarize. I typically have a calming affect on pets in general but can also be very playful and active along with them. I'm very tidy and will ensure nothing gets left out for them to get into and will ensure all systems already set in place will move along as though you were still home.

Katherine is an animal whisperer, I swear! She takes care of my high-energy mini golden doodle, Fern, who (I'm not kidding) has dog ADHD, and is so patient with her. Katherine is reliable, professional, and will care for and respect your home as if it's her own. She will shower your pup with attention and make them feel so loved they won't have time to miss you. Cannot recommend her enough!"
I can’t recommend Katherine enough! She took such amazing care of my sweet dog while I was away and gave me complete peace of mind. She showed up for a last minute booking, professional, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I received regular updates, photos, and messages, which made me feel so much better knowing my family dog was happy, safe, and well cared for. Will definitely rebook! Love her!!

She’s great with pets and has a warm, gentle nature that makes them feel comfortable and cared for. She also loves being outdoors and staying active, which makes her a wonderful fit for dogs who enjoy walks, playtime, and plenty of fresh air. I have no doubt that she would treat every pet as if it were her own and give them the love, attention, and care they deserve.

Schedule
I work on a laptop with minimal disruptions and am a generally active person able to prioritize my own schedule so will have plenty of flexible time to care for your pets. P.S. I also do photography and am happy to snap some cute shots of your pets anytime ;)

- Every pet must be listed on the booking — no exceptions. Unlisted pets aren’t covered by Rover’s Guarantee or emergency vet authorization. If something happens to an animal that wasn’t added, I legally can’t get it help through Rover, and neither can you. Please add all pets before booking so everyone is protected.
