About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so caring for them is basically second nature to me. I’m the kind of person who baby-talks every animal I see, stops to say hello to every pup on a walk, and ends up in the corner of a party hanging out with the host’s pet instead of socializing with the humans. Friends, family, and even complete strangers have told me for years that I should have gone into veterinary medicine because of how naturally I connect with animals. Instead, I work in a hospital laboratory helping people. It’s fulfilling, but there’s nothing quite like a healthy dose of puppy cuddles. This year, I lost both of my girls, and their absence has left a huge hole in my heart. My home is much quieter without them, and I have a whole lot of love with nowhere to go. That’s what brought me to Rover. I’d love nothing more than to spoil your pets with that extra love while giving you the peace of mind that they’re in safe, caring, and responsible hands. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different ages and energy levels, including young dogs who need patience, playtime, and structure as they learn, as well as senior pets who may need a little extra attention and TLC. I’m a strong communicator and will keep you updated so you never have to wonder how your furry family member is doing. I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ll play with them, talk to them (probably way too much), give them plenty of affection, respect their routines, and absolutely accept any and all slobbery kisses. Your pets deserve to feel safe, loved, and spoiled while you’re away and I’m the girl for the job. I can’t wait to make some new four-legged friends! I work full-time on the night shift, which gives me quite a bit of flexibility during the day. I work four 10-hour shifts each week and have Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off, so weekends are especially easy for me to accommodate. That said, I’m more than happy to help during the week, too! Because I work nights, my sleep schedule is flexible, and I can adjust it around pet-care needs when I have advance notice. Depending on the day, I may sleep right after getting home in the morning, stay up for a while and sleep later in the afternoon, or even split my sleep into a couple of naps. Basically, as long as I know when you’ll need me, I can plan my schedule around your pets and make sure they get the attention and care they need. My goal is to make pet care fit seamlessly into your pet’s normal routine while giving you peace of mind that someone dependable is there for them. Your pet’s safety and well-being will always be my top priority. I understand that trusting someone with your pets and your home is a big deal, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m attentive to their routines, behavior, and individual needs, and I’ll always communicate with you if I notice anything unusual or have questions about their care. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you know how your furry family member is doing while you’re away. I currently live in an apartment, so I’m unable to board pets at my place right now. I’m completely comfortable caring for pets in their own homes, where they can stay in the environment they know and feel most comfortable. I’ve also stayed at friends’ and family members’ homes for days or even weeks at a time to care for their pets, so I’m comfortable with house sitting when needed. For drop-in visits, I’m happy to let your pet out for a potty break, give them some exercise and playtime, feed them if needed, and spend some quality time with them so they don’t feel lonely. I’ll follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Above all, I treat every animal with patience, kindness, and the same care and attention I would want someone to give my own pets.

She walked him, played with him (ball included, of course), and genuinely paid attention to what he needs. And when we got home, the house was exactly how we left it. Beyond all of that, she’s thoughtful, easy to communicate with, and even a little witty—which made the whole experience that much better. I felt completely comfortable knowing she was with him, and honestly, I feel really lucky we found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her watch Winston again.”

About: I have been an animal lover since a young age. I have a three year old puppy that loves other dogs. I have pet sat and boarded many dogs and they were nothing less than spoiled! I live on a lake so if your dog loves the water it will have the time of its life, if not, that’s okay too! I am very active so walks can happen frequently. If you are interested in boarding with me I require that your dog is house trained (exception for puppies because they are learning and I can work with that), good with dogs, and doesn’t mind kids nearby. I work Monday through Friday from 8:15am-3:30pm and I will be spending the before hours and after hours at your house with your fur baby! In my clients home I would care for their pets the exact way that they do and how they instruct me to do so! :)

About: I’ve always been an animal lover, and I’ve been taking care of animals for friends and family for at least the last 3 years- I always love taking care of whoever I can! I can provide part-time and full-time weekend care, and am trained in pet CPR and safety! I’m capable of administering medication, and can be reliable in the time needed to feed, let outside, and do everything else that dogs need to be happy! I’ll also give consistent update messages to let you know what’s happening on a day-to-day basis!
