About: All my life, I've had dogs and cats as part of my family. I have a lot of experience with caring for puppies and older dogs and cats as well as feeding, walking, bathing, and playing with other's pets. I'm currently working a part-time job which lets me keep my schedule open and flexible. I'm available mornings and evenings most week days and weekends. Typically, I do my best to keep the pet's routine the same (walking, playing, and feeding times) as well as keeping to special instructions, such as administering medicine or training methods. If I need to work in the evening, she is usually home after work to make sure your dog receives attentive and dependable care. We don’t currently have any pets in our home, so visiting pets receive my full attention. About: I am currently in Law School, and I am pet-sitting to save for the NCBar exam costs. I have been pet-sitting since high school, and I grew up around dogs. My love for animals shows in the care I provide, and I'll make sure your cat/dog/other pet stays safe, comfortable, and well-fed. Here are a few fun facts about me: 1) I have two dogs back at my family home - a Yorkie and a Yorkiepoo (the Yorkie, named Sam, is 18 years old!!). 2) I volunteered at a Local Bunny Farm in Chapel Hill for three years during undergrad. 3) I bring my dogs from back home up to my apartment on occasion, and dog-watch for my law school friends! I am currently in law-school, and my classes occur during the morning and afternoon. However, my couse load is light, so I will be able to spend a good amount of time with your pup (or other pet!) inbetween and after classes! About: I have taken care of many dogs and cats, from high school to present, when friends and relatives have relied on me to walk dogs and change litter boxes. Now, I love to play with my friends' dogs and go for walks around the neighborhood! I am currently on research time in residency which means more flexibility, working partially from home, and more time to take care of your pets! My schedule varies week to week, and include time working from homes and gaps when I can take pets on walks. I have a fenced in back yard and fairly spacious one bedroom in a walkable neighborhood, centrally located, and perfect for a walk around the block, leisurely long stroll, or multiple night stay! For walks, I also like to go to Eno state park or other nearby trails to tire your pup (and myself) out. For pet sitting in your house, I am organized, respectful, and clean. About: I have been around animals all my life…Literally, dogs have been in my face since I was a baby! I absolutely adore animals and do the absolute best to advocate for their needs and ensure that they have a great time! I have watched all kinds of dogs, from little chihuahuas to pitbulls. I have experience with senior dogs because of my dog so your old pup will be in great hands! I am a full-time student with classes varying Monday-Friday, I have morning classes everyday ( except Thursday) am usually done with classes before 3 on most days. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
