“Ash was very patient and tender with my very fearful, timid chihuahua. Ash clearly has experience with different behavioral presentations in dogs and was very communicative! Would definitely book again!”

“Jaclyn knows the many moods and temperaments of dogs. Under the extraordinary confusion of a major home renovation project, she was able to settle our rescued pup upon arrival. We appreciated her excellent questions, skill, patience and forthright approach to leading him towards full exercise, calm homecomings and lots of fun in between. Thank you, Jaclyn!”

About: I have lived with dogs my whole life and been routinely called upon to take care of neighbor dogs. I have most experience with Australian shepherds and doodles. Very comfortable bringing dogs to the woods and excited to form unique relationships with new dogs! I am available when I am available. I would never take on a dog client unless I am ready to devote myself as needed to their care and attention. When caring for dogs in a client's home I bring leave-no-trace ethics, leaving things always as I found them. I am a guest on this earth.

About: Lifelong dog lover skilled with reactive, anxious dogs and puppies—experienced in training, stimulation, and gentle, attentive care. I am a dog mom myself! My Dogs name is Eggy who is a 2 year old rescue with a love of balls and social anxiety. I am currently in graduate school working towards my masters in clinical social work. With this, I have ample time to spend with furry friends. Entering someone’s home is an honor and a privilege, especially when you are in-trusted with the care and safety of a pet. With this I try to respect the expectations of every pet parent and every pet. I work to leave a home as I found it, be mindful of the needs of each pet, and express my gratitude.

About: When I was growing up, I was always caring for at least two dogs and cats at my family’s house. Neighbors and friends also made me their go-to dog sitter when they went away. I have loved caring for two greyhounds, four loveable slobbering hunting hounds, a giant golden who always thought he was a puppy, and one super sweet bullmastiff. Since my landlords do not allow pets, I am looking to give my attention to someone else's canine. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I especially appreciate dogs that behave well on leashes and like big walks. I would like to help care for dogs in the Pioneer Valley, ideally around Amherst, Deerfield, and Northampton. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and experienced dog sitter/walker then let's talk! I look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)! Cats are cool too 👍 This winter and spring I have flexible working hours. I would love to break up the working day by visiting your pet and going for a walk. I will always provide gentle and loving care to your pets whether that’s playing outside or inside. Wherever care is given, I will always be mindful about respecting your living space

About: I have over twenty years of experience in pet care. I have worked at boarding facilities, in pet grooming boutiques, in retail pet stores, and have done a fair share of dog walking and pet sitting. I am freelance illustrator and graphic designer, so my schedule is very flexible at the moment. I also have weekends free to do house sitting I believe I would bring compassion as well as experience to the job. I am extremely responsible and reliable 40 year-old animal lover willing to get my hands dirty and work hard.

“Jenna did a wonderful job caring for my dog, cat, and home while I was away on vacation. From the beginning Jenna was open and forthright about her schedule and willing to be flexible in order to make sure my animals got the best care. I could tell my animals were treated with kindness while I was away. I would definitely recommend Jenna for your pet and house sitting needs. I plan on using Jenna again in the future.”

Jeremy B.
“My dogs are one of the most important parts of my life. I would only entrust them with someone who would provide the same love and care that I would; Jeremy is that person. When they hear Jeremy's name, they run to the window, waiting for him to arrive. He treats them like family. He plays with them, walks them, talks to them, lays on the ground with them and even brushes their teeth . . . . . he connects with them. I don't have to worry about them when they're with Jeremy.”
