Dee Dee saved our vacation as she was able to watch our cat last-minute on a holiday weekend after our care fell through. While he was slightly annoyed at us for leaving, he was well fed and emotionally and physically stimulated while we were away, as demonstrated by how put together and not destroyed our house was when we returned.
