About: Cats are one of my favorite animals! I've loved cats since I was three years old and my mom and I adopted my first cat, Charlie, from the city shelter. I even used to work at a local humane society. During my time there, I took care of everything from feeding and cleaning litter boxes to socializing the cats. It's actually where I met and fell in love with the first cat I ever adopted on my own, Penny. One of the best things about cats is that every cat has their own purrsonality. Some are ready to play right away, while others may need a little more patience. My own cat, Millie, is a shy senior, so I am especially comfortable with older, quieter cats. I'll happily stick to your kitty’s normal routine, provide fresh food and water, keep their litter box clean, give them attention and playtime on their terms, and always respect their boundaries. Since I’m self-employed and work mostly from home, I have a fairly flexible schedule and can usually plan pet-care visits around my work and errands. Caring for my own cat, Millie, is already part of my daily routine, so feeding, fresh water, and cleaning the litter box are familiar parts of my day. I'll only accept bookings that I know I can reliably fit into my schedule. I take being trusted with someone's pet and home very seriously. I follow written care instructions carefully, make sure doors and entry points are secure, keep food, water, and litter areas clean, and respect both your home and your cat's boundaries. About: Dogs have been in my life since I was 12 years old. I have had 4 dogs throughout that time. I have experience with both senior dogs and high-energy younger dogs. I am more used to smaller dogs, but one of my current 2 dogs is a 54lb pitt-bull, the other one is a 15lb pug mix. I also used to take care of a 70lb standard poodle for a family I was a nanny for. I am currently unemployed, so I have open availability. I am working on my master´s degree and would like to use this extra time to save a little money since I just got married. We found Eva via Rover and were especially drawn to her because of her profile photo with her own kitty. (Seems that most Rover caregivers are focused on dogs. Eva takes care of dogs, too!) We had a meet and greet with Eva along with a second advance meeting to turn over the key. In both pre-visits, Eva was punctual and professional, as well as warm and personable. She is also conscientious and respectful. For example, although we didn't ask her to do so, she removed her shoes at the front door. She was careful approaching our cat, allowing him to meet her on his terms. Eva took all of our instructions and asked great questions so we were all on the same page. She even asked for a sweeper to clean up the kitty litter. In addition, we asked Eva to bring in our mail and newspapers. She left the papers carefully by the door and the mail in a neat pile on the counter. She had washed the bowls and utensils and everything was so tidy when we returned. We had great communication with Eva during the visit, and we really like Rover's check-in/check-out procedures and photos. All of this is to give Eva high praise and big thanks and kudos for exceptional service. We would hire Eva again without hesitation. She is terrific!”

About: I love animals very much. I can always establish a good interactive relationship with pets and help them adapt to the new environment quickly. By observing and perceiving their needs, I can provide timely help and let them spend a relaxing and happy time. I have also taken care of many older dogs and know how to feed them medicine and care for them. I work from home so I am able to take care of the pet throughout the day, I take dog for walks in the morning and evening and take him out to play in the backyard every two to three hours. I have a fenced backyard and I have a six year old very well behaved and friendly little dachshund at home to play with your dog.
