I was a little nervous the first time because Millie is only about 20 pounds, and Koda is a big Husky, but, true to Nithya's profile, Koda is very well behaved. Now there is also Snowy who is also very friendly. I think Millie and Snowy had fun together, and Koda made sure they were behaving themselves. Nithya was great at keeping me informed about how Millie was doing. Millie is a snuggler, and, thankfully Nithya let her snuggle as much as she wanted. “Absolutely THRILLED with the excellent care given to our orange tabby by Eva over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found Eva via Rover and were especially drawn to her because of her profile photo with her own kitty. (Seems that most Rover caregivers are focused on dogs. Eva takes care of dogs, too!) We had a meet and greet with Eva along with a second advance meeting to turn over the key. In both pre-visits, Eva was punctual and professional, as well as warm and personable. She is also conscientious and respectful. For example, although we didn't ask her to do so, she removed her shoes at the front door. She was careful approaching our cat, allowing him to meet her on his terms. Eva took all of our instructions and asked great questions so we were all on the same page. She even asked for a sweeper to clean up the kitty litter. In addition, we asked Eva to bring in our mail and newspapers. She left the papers carefully by the door and the mail in a neat pile on the counter. She had washed the bowls and utensils and everything was so tidy when we returned. We had great communication with Eva during the visit, and we really like Rover's check-in/check-out procedures and photos. All of this is to give Eva high praise and big thanks and kudos for exceptional service. We would hire Eva again without hesitation. She is terrific!”

As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. Once I feel your dog is completely comfortable and safe, they can enjoy supervised exploring and walking through the wooded area of our backyard. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night. Winky can be super shy at first, so I always get nervous leaving him with someone new, but he got comfortable with Huey so quickly it was amazing! She has two super friendly dogs of her own(a little bichon and a corgi), and they got along so well with Winky which is awesome. She also sent me updates and photos during the stay and it looked like he was completely relaxed and having the best time. I also added on grooming during his stay, since she’s also a home based groomer and did such an amazing job(she told me she has 20 years of grooming experience!!) Winky came home looking so clean and adorable with the cutest haircut! You can really tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and genuinely cares about them. About: Going away or need a daily walk for your pup? 🐾 With over 10 years of experience, I offer safe walks, comfy boarding, and a big fenced backyard for tail-wagging fun! I love caring for dogs of all ages—from bouncy puppies to sweet seniors and pups with special needs—treating each one like my own family. From daily walks and drop-in visits to boarding and playtime, I’ll tailor my care to fit your pet’s routine—whether they’re a playful pup, a calm senior, or need a little extra TLC. Reliable, loving, and always available when you need me! I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of toys, a large deck for those nice days and evenings to hang out on and plenty of room inside. Crates are optional, depending on your and your pet preference. We have three dogs of our own and they can either play together or be kept separate.
About: I've done pet sitting for family and friends for most of my life. I’ve taken care of dogs by making sure they’re well fed, they play, we go walking, and being able to give oral meds if they need. I will be available on marked days, usually weekdays as well as Sundays and occasional Saturdays if needed since l have a flexible schedule during the summer. I take care of my pets diligently and lovingly so I wouldn’t do it any other way for yours! I’m currently on summer break from college, so I’ll be able to give undivided attention to your little angel! I’ll be should be available most days for walking and dog sitting except for Saturdays. There’s also a park and a plain grass space near my home if they want to play and run around there. I do have two shy cats but they’re very nice and have experience being around dogs.

About: I've had a Shih Tzu for 7 years now and am the primary caretaker (feeding, walking, playing, bathing, etc.), and often take care of my friends' puppies. When Sarge didn’t want to go upstairs to sleep at night, she joined him downstairs so he wouldn’t be alone. Her family also looked after Sarge and showered him with love. When I picked up Sarge, he was very calm and relaxed, which tells me that he had a good time while away from his family.”

Simmone was referred to us by a friend who found her and I’m so grateful we went with Simmone. My dog did so well with her! Like, I am beyond impressed with how well because other sitters have struggled. Simmone knew exactly how to handle our anxious/fearful dog and sent us updates daily (because I was anxious too)!
