Before getting my own dog, Kira, I cared for a Shih Tzu and an English Springer Spaniel in my home, including taking them on walks and giving them lots of attention. Nicole did a great job watching Finn! He had a recent injury and had to be watched a little closer than usual and we felt extremely comfortable with him under Nicole’s care. She provided plenty of updates and pictures, and we were able to see just how much fun he was having with her during their time together! Additionally the apartment was left spotless, which was way more than we could have ever expected! It was clear Finn and our home were both treated exceptionally well!
If I could give Eileen more than five stars, I absolutely would! We hired Eileen to stay in our home for six days while caring for our two dogs, who couldn’t be more different. Our one-year-old Golden Retriever, Lilo, is full of energy, always ready to play, and constantly looking for something to do. Our 16-year-old poodle mix is enjoying his retirement and prefers a much slower, more relaxed pace. Eileen immediately understood both of their personalities and tailored her care to each of them perfectly. She kept Lilo engaged, entertained, and even helped her learn new tricks during the week, while also making sure our senior dog was comfortable, happy, and given all the patience and gentle care he deserves. It was obvious from the updates that both dogs absolutely adored her. One of the things we appreciated most was her communication. She sent us frequent updates, photos, and messages that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She followed every instruction we left, paid attention to every detail, and treated our dogs as if they were her own. When we returned home, our house was spotless—honestly, it looked just as good as when we left. It’s rare to find someone who not only takes exceptional care of your pets but also treats your home with the same level of respect and care. The greatest compliment we can give is that we never once worried while we were away. We were able to fully enjoy our trip because we knew our dogs were in the best possible hands. By far the best pet sitter I have ever hired! Andiela is extremely professional, clear in communication, and very thorough. She was available on short notice and treated my pets as if they were her own. She didn't just walk and feed them; she spent quality time playing with them and making sure they were happy and comfortable. I came home to a clean house and to very happy and relaxed pets. A+ service!! Andiela cared for my cat and dog and took the time to know both of them and their behaviors well, gaining the ability to bond with both my shy cat and, initially anxious, then energetic dog.
