Caring for animals has always been a passion of mine, and I’m currently going to school to become a professional dog trainer. Because of my flexible school schedule, I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and love they deserve. About: Have had dogs all my life, small/large and medically complex needing meds, love to train, have done cat sitting for medical cats and normal ones I am currently a student in college but only have 2 classes a per week, also am active and am willing to change schedules around :) I am currently not taking pets for boarding as I have my own dog now, but would love to take care of your pets at your home and provide them with enrichment whenever you need/want.

About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up with dogs, so being around them has always been a big part of my life. I’ve dog sat and house sat for friends and family for years, and I’ve also helped friends who foster dogs take care of their puppies. I currently have two dogs of my own that we rescued from Saint Martin in 2023, and I absolutely adore them. They’re a huge part of my life, and I’m so thankful we were able to give them a loving home. I know every dog has their own personality and routine, and I’m happy to adjust to whatever makes yours happiest and most comfortable. Whether that means walks, playing outside, lots of attention and belly rubs, or just hanging out on the couch, I’m there for it! I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in between careers, which gives me a pretty flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. I do have a few other small jobs and am occasionally away on weekends, but my schedule varies and I’m generally pretty open. I’m happy to work with you to find days and times that fit your needs, and I’ll always be upfront about my availability! I will do everything needed to ensure your pets get the care that they deserve and make sure they are as safe, happy and loved as possible!

About: Hello! My name is Sayuri (Cindy), and dogs have always been an important part of my life. I grew up in a family that always had dogs, so caring for and understanding dogs has been natural to me from an early age. I have many years of experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. After losing my beloved dog in 2002, I welcomed a rescue dog into my life in 2015. Today, I share my home with Layla, my 6-year-old female Labrador Retriever, who is a loving and gentle companion. I have also cared for my son’s girlfriend’s two puppies when they stayed with us during their travels. I treated them just like my own dogs, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and a safe and comfortable environment. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, boarding, feeding, and playtime. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always provide patient, attentive, and loving care. Your pets are family, and I will care for them with the same love and attention I provide to my own Layla. Your dog's routine will always come first. Since I work from home, I am available throughout the day to provide attention, companionship, and supervision. I am able to adjust my schedule to match your dog's normal routine, including feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and rest periods. Because I am home most of the time, your dog will not be left unattended. When spending time in our spacious fenced backyard, I carefully supervise outdoor activities to make sure your dog stays safe while enjoying fresh air, playtime, and exploring. During the warmer months, dogs may also enjoy supervised pool time if they are comfortable with water. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because we have a large, fully fenced backyard with both grassy areas and woods, I introduce every dog to the outdoor space slowly and carefully. At first, outdoor time will be supervised with a leash so your dog can become comfortable with the new environment. As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. Once I feel your dog is completely comfortable and safe, they can enjoy supervised exploring and walking through the wooded area of our backyard. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night. I want every dog to feel safe, loved, and at home.

About: I have cared for pets of my own since I was 7 years old. Dogs mostly, but also cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, and fish. Now I am a mature, reliable professional who loves pets as much as ever, but unfortunately my living situation is not ideal to have my own right now. I look forward to connecting with folks who need an assist in caring for their animals and loving them as if they were my own. My schedule is somewhat flexible with plenty of early morning and afternoon availability, as well as evenings opening up at 9 or 10 pm. This is true 7 days a week with 2 rotating days off each week. I typically have one 3-day weekend available each month. My place is not conducive to have your pets stay. But I am happy to come to you, whether for a walk, a feeding, playtime, some combination of all of the above. I also welcome the opportunity to stay over in your home if the need arises and trust has been established.

“We had a death in the family and had to go out of town last minute. Nuha was so quick to respond and come meet our boys to learn about them, their schedules, medicine, etc. She was truly amazing! For the week she was here, she was great about sending us updates and photos of them cuddling with her-which helped calm our already anxious hearts. She kept up with their twice daily meds and kept our home pristine! We've had sitters before, but this was the first time our two dogs were not noticeably stressed by our absence. I am home with the dogs most of the time and leaving them at the best of times is a stressor but I can honestly say I wouldn't hesitate to use Nuha again, albeit hopefully under better circumstances. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a responsible and caring sitter for their furry family members!”

About: We have done weekend animal care on a farm which included dog care in which we stayed at the house to walk and feed as well as walks 2 per day. We give a full quality workout to your dog because of the benefits we get with your dog too. This means your dog will get 30 to 60 minutes of exercise per walk, guaranteed. my husband is available in the mornings up until 2 while I can take over in the late afternoon and evenings during the week and both are available on weekends. being a MCPS teacher I also can work during holidays as well. I can be there overnights during the weekends keep ing a close eye on your pet's needs giving time for walks and undivided attention.

About: I had the pleasure of taking care of a little Shihtzu named Giselle for nearly 7 years and now have a gray tabby named Chicho for 4 😊 Every moment has been incredibly rewarding. I wanted to extend that same love, care and patience to all other animals in my area! Having experience with dogs and cats of all ages, all personalities and all energies has given me the opportunity to learn the different kinds of care they each require. *House-Sitting Rate is my daily rate that includes staying overnight in your home with your pet(s), along with daytime care every 4-6 hours for potty breaks, meals and playtimes. Weekday daytime care won’t be provided from 8AM-4PM due to my daytime job.* I work as a dental surgical assistant Monday to Friday from 8-4PM. After then and all day weekends I’m available to care for your little ones. I understand the importance of making sure your pets are fulfilled within their limits and I’m happy to maintain their typical routine and more if required!
