Yuhui took great care of Miso, played with her, and gave Miso a lot of attention. She gave us a detailed report on what Miso did during her time there and took her out on multiple walks. Miso enjoyed spending her time there.

Nithya was absolutely fantastic! We had a crazy day with moving, so our timeframe got a little messed up from the original plans. She was super accommodating and flexible with all the changes! She definitely went above and beyond and I truly appreciate her taking care of my sweet boy! We will definitely use Nithya again! :)

About: Are you a dog parent who’s worried whether your sitter will treat your dog as family AND actually provide them with individual care and attention instead of just being one of MANY dogs staying within the home? I know this experience first hand as I also worry about my dog’s safety especially when a sitter’s home has several dogs, which pretty much mimics a boarding facility. This defeats the purpose to me of my dog staying in a home, so as a dog sitter myself, I aim to do just the opposite. _______________________________________ Hi! My name is Dianne, and I am a long-time foster dog mom and have a foster fail of my own. I have been fostering since 2017 and have successful adopted out 11 dogs through Fetch WI rescue and Lucky Dog Animal Rescue in DC. •• MY CARE APPROACH •• I aim to always provide high-quality and safe care by hosting AT MOST 2 dogs at a time (in addition to my resident dog, Kona). This is especially important to us as we know how crowded boarding facilities can be (AND sometimes sitters’ homes) and the stress this can cause on dogs. My goal is to be able to provide constant and undivided attention to your pup while in my home. I also require meet & greets before booking to ensure your dog is comfortable with mine. After booking, I still ensure that all dogs get properly introduced to each other (first outside on a leash, then through a gate barrier, and finally without barriers). As an experienced foster parent, safety will always be my top priority. You can expect to get an immediate update to how your pup is settling in after drop off and daily after that. You won’t have to wait around for updates. Leaving your baby is also stressful, and I hope to alleviate some of that stress with constant, reliable communication (I know I expect the same with my Kona 🙂) My husband, Jake, and I work from home and would love the opportunity to provide individualized care for your pup. ———— ———— ———— ———— —— Since I do not have a backyard, I provide several walks throughout the day for daycare and boarding dogs as well as providing dedicated play time either in the house or in an unfenced grassy area behind our house using long rope leads to allow the freedom for dogs to run around (if requested). I make sure to account for each dog’s needs whether they need a lot of activity and stimulation or if they would just prefer to hang around the house and nap. I hope I get to meet your pup! I currently work from home and have a ton of flexibility to step away from my computer as needed. My husband works a hybrid schedule and will be home some days. I have a mellow 5 year old resident dog who loves to play if your pup is interested. Otherwise she pretty much minds her own business. She is a St. Bernard and Blackmouth cur mix who is very gentle and has had a lot of exposure to dogs of varying temperaments through fostering. She can’t wait to meet you pup!

Our primary sitter was unable to provide daycare for Buddy at the last minute. This left us in a jam since we were heading to ravens chiefs football game. I had little time to find another sitter and an hour drive to meet my party in Baltimore. Normally we always do a meet and greet but we were really in a tough spot. Lucky we were able to connect with Elisel she not only came to our rescue she was so easy to work with and handled a very dejected cockapoo who was really looking forward to spending the day with his pals at our normal sitters. She save my day and I highly recommend her. Thanks again

About: Hi! I'm Yesi, and I work from home full-time, which means visiting dogs receive plenty of attention, supervision, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. I have two friendly pups, Max and Luna, who are a big part of the family. We understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your dog, and I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where dogs can feel at home while you're away. Because I work remotely, your dog won't be left alone for long periods. Whether they enjoy playing, exploring the yard, going for walks, or simply relaxing on the couch, I'll do my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I have the most experience with small and medium-sized dogs, but I am also open to larger breeds, as long as they are friendly, well-socialized, and a good fit for my home. The safety and comfort of all dogs in my care are my top priorities. I provide regular updates and photos so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy, safe, and well cared for. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! Typical Daily Schedule Because I work from home full-time, your dog will receive plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. Morning Potty break and breakfast Outdoor time and light exercise Midday Potty breaks, playtime, and companionship Walks or enrichment activities based on your dog's needs Evening Dinner, outdoor time, and family time Final potty break before bed I do my best to keep each dog's routine as consistent as possible during their stay. Safety & Environment Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. ✔️ Work-from-home supervision ✔️ Safe, clean, dog-friendly home ✔️ Friendly resident dogs, Max & Luna ✔️ Frequent potty breaks and outdoor time ✔️ Daily photo updates ✔️ Personalized care based on your dog's routine and personality Meet-and-greets are encouraged before the first booking to ensure everyone is comfortable and a good fit.

Stella is a highly anxious dog and we were very happy with the way Shruti and her family took care of Stella. They tried their very best to assure she was comfortable and even went outside of their own house rules to make her feel loved and safe. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a family environment and their dog is super friendly and happy!

About: Hi there! I am Christy, I live in Germantown near Top Golf! I am very experienced with pet care and sitting. I used to work in a pet shop for a side gig for about 4 years, and gained invaluable knowledge about all types of animals. I have experience with all kinds, size, and ages of cats and dogs. I am able to provide medication for your fur baby without incident. I am certified in Pet (Dog&Cat) CPR/First Aid. I used to work with a dog rescue by fostering animals and removing them from hazardous situations. I also make frequent monthly donations to my local animal shelter. I simply adore animals. They love us unconditionally, and bring such joy to our lives. I currently work for myself, during the week, which provides me with a flexible schedule. I also am available during the weekends. I accept same day availability when needed, and try to answer within a two-hour time frame or sooner. I consider myself an animal lover of all kinds, however, I am always excited to meet new fur friends! I consider my fur babies as full family members, and I'd love to meet yours and treat them the same way. I am very conscientious, I love lists, notes, and extra information to make your vacation a success and to limit the amount of stress to you and your fur family in your absence. I am not a clock-watcher and will make sure your family member's needs are adequately met prior to leaving. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or requests. I feel my experience working in a pet store, sitting for family and friends, and being certified in CPR/First Aid helps provide a comforting peace of mind for Fur Parents.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Wildcat Forest on Rover is $33.3 per day (as of August 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of August 2026, there are 5,334 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Wildcat Forest. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Wildcat Forest commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in MD ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 5,334 sitters in Wildcat Forest, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
