Alice was an amazing dog sitter who took care of them and was exceptionally well. Maria was great. She dog sit our two dogs for 11 days for the first time and she was wonderful. She came to our house twice before our trip to meet the dogs and interact with them. The dogs were very well taken care of while we were gone and we came back to a clean and well taken care of house. Her communication was excellent and she sent us pictures of the dogs daily. Nicole was such a gem to watch our three high needs dogs! She was so good with our old man, our Velcro dog, and our Pitbull that is scared of her own shadow. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
