I value the trust you place in someone to care for your furry, feathered, or scaled family member in the same manner that you would. I have dedicated my life to caring for and providing medical care for other people's pets, and will look after your pets as if they were my own!
Information Rhonda L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, food allergies, or preferences, so I can take care of them in the best manner possible.
A typical day
I love to bring treats that help break the ice when getting to know a new fur baby. Spending time taking walks, or playing with favorite toys, are some of my favorite activities. Mostly, my goal is to try and keep your pet on a familiar schedule so they feel less anxious when you're away.

Life-long Pet Professional
Pet care experience
I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 30 years experience caring for dogs, cats, pet birds, chickens, small mammals, reptiles, and other "non-traditional" pets. In addition to dogs and cats, my own pets have included rabbits, ferrets, box turtles, parrots, finches, and even a Texas spiny lizard! Do you have a senior dog or cat that needs some extra care and attention during the day? Or a special needs pet that has unique medical needs the average person may not be prepared to handle? Or how about a new puppy that needs mid-day potty breaks while you are at work, and could also use a few extra minutes of training to learn good habits? As a Fear Free Certified Professional, I only use reward-based training methods so your pet will look forward to my visits!

Reviews

This is our 3rd time using Rhonda and she is the best! She helped us with a special schedule this time for one crazy day we had- it was no problem. The peace of mind that the kids are being taken care of is invaluable. I highly recommend her.

Rhonda has been the best sitter for my 2 dogs. Reliable, great communication, kind. It’s great to have someone you can count on to take care of your pets.

Rhonda was a great dog sitter and house guest. She took good care of our Great Dane mix. She left our house very clean and even went above and beyond with raking up some leaves into a pile in our backyard. She sent us daily updates and was very kind and responsive.

Rhonda was great as a sort of last minute booking as our usual dog sitter was unable to watch them. She sent pictures of the babies! She even clipped our cats “murder mittens” as we completely forgot to do that before we left. The animals seemed to love her and she took care of our home! 10/10 recommended!
