This is the first time we have used Rover for our dogs’ care & Rachel made us super happy that we did! Both of our dogs loved her from the start. That is of course typical of our golden Dani but our sweet rescue dog Nyxie does not trust easily & only has a handful of people she is comfortable with. Thank heavens Rachel is in that exclusive group! Rachel took great care of our home as well when we were gone. We would not hesitate to hire Rachel again.
Annie did a great job housesitting for my dog and cat for four days. I'd never left my animals with anyone before and was hesitant about having a stranger in my home, but I felt comfortable with Annie right away at the meet and greet. She asked good questions and I could tell she would genuinely care about my pets (and home). I came home to content animals and a clean house and received updates while I was gone. I am happy to have found someone I can trust!
Hannah is AMAZING!! She sends lots of updates and is very timely and thorough. Our dog just adores her, and we know that she is well taken care of when with Hannah! She even went above and beyond and left a little note about everything they did together while we were away. Our house was well cared for and we would fully trust Hannah any time to come back!
Jessica did a great job caring for our dog, Luna. It was our 1st experience having a house sitter and we really appreciated the opportunity for Luna to stay in her own home while we were gone. Jessica is a great communicator and sent multiple pictures of Luna during the day. We will definitely request her services again.

Nate was a wonderful house sitter and pet caretaker for our dog Thomas and cat Kevin! He was able to house sit over a holiday weekend with just a week notice and had no problem fitting in a meet and greet too. He was responsive, sent photos, and was flexible with timing. He took good care of our pets, including giving meds to our dog. He left our house in great condition and we’d definitely book with Nate again!
Nathalia was great! We came home and our babies were safe and excited to see us. She sent photos every day and was in contact with us. She took very good care of our home and our animals. She brought in the mail, took out the trash and cleaned the house before she left. I highly recommend Nathalia and will be using her again!
Rilyn was the best! We got the cutest updates that I never knew I’d appreciate as much as I did! She invented new games for the dog and kittens. When I came home the house was cleaner than when I left (kittens getting into stuff might have had something to don with that!). The animals were happy. I have had a lot of dog and cat sitters and she is definitely top notch. We hope to have her back!
Grace did a wonderful job caring for our 3 dogs! We were out of town for a whole week and all 3 pups were safe and well cared for. We even have a senior dog who needs some extra support, but Grace took excellent care of her and kept us updated on how everyone was doing. We got updates and pictures every day, which really put our minds at ease! Grace went above and beyond and we appreciate it! Definitely recommend!
If I could leave more than 5 stars I would have. Giovanna was exactly what I was looking for to watch my pet. He is an older dog, so he needed some different attention and that is exactly what Giovanna provided while I was away. Caring and compassionate. I would recommend Giovanna to anyone that needs the Rover services in a heartbeat.
